Remodeled 3 bedroom rambler in the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon. 8 miles to Snowbird and Alta Ski Resorts, 20 minutes to Brighton and Solitude Ski Resorts.

The house has a full kitchen, family room, living room with a wood burning fireplace, dining room, master bedroom with a private bathroom, two guest bedrooms that share a main bath with a jetted tub. (There is now an additional Master Suite that can be rented for $30/day+$40 cleaning fee) To add this room contact owner after booking.

Close to grocery stores and restaurants.
25 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City.
Bus service to ski resorts within walking distance.

A one-minute drive puts you at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon on your way to Snowbird and Alta ski resorts. A few miles farther will take you to the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon home to Solitude and Brighton ski resort. Skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, and more! The resorts of Park City are only 30 minutes away via I-215 and I-80.

The house is in an ideal location for you to enjoy everything the canyons have to offer.

The property was immaculate and very comfortable. The master bed was very comfortable and we slept great. The location was central to all activities we had planned in Sandy. Would highly recommend. Would be great for large groups.

Just what we needed

This home is lovely, warm, comfortable, clean, and laid out well. The beds are comfortable. The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant for morning and evening walks. We came for rest and the setting was exactly what we hoped for. The host is kind, helpful, and quick to respond. We highly recommend this home.

Great getaway

Perfect!

Clean and so comfortable! Such a great space for all of us. Lots of cozy spaces to relax, played some pool, enjoyed sitting on both deck areas to take in the beautiful view. Beds were very comfortable! Laundry was so great to have as well. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Host sent very clear instructions and was so gracious to let us stay an hour passed check out due to our flight departure. Would highly recommend!

Excellent Full House

This house was just as advertised. Cheri was an excellent communicator. The kitchen was well stocked even including bags for leftovers. Loved having the washer and dryer. Loved the space to hang out as a family, and then time/space on our own. Garage was a bonus, and it was great to keep the car cool in the heat. Would recommend. The view out the back sealed the deal.

Perfect family getaway

Lovely house at the base of cottonwood canyon. Easy trip up to ski at Snowbird. Ski shop and grocery store super close to the house. Also only 20ish minutes to downtown to enjoy a hockey game. The house was clean and had everything we need to cook meals for our family. Enjoyed the quiet nights by the fireplace and beautiful mornings enjoying the mountain views.

Great Stay

I've recently rented this house for a skiing trip with my family. It's very clean and feels homey. It has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The garage is a nice bonus and the location is great, just about 20-25 min to Snowbird/Alta.

Comfortable, clean property. A real home away from home.

Great communication from the host, everything was very clean, there was coffee in the fridge. Yay! The availability of the garage for our use was wonderful.Very close to some great hiking trails, easy access to Snowbird. We enjoyed several trips into the city, enjoyed the food and the culture had and a good visit with our son who is a professor at UVU in Orem. We even got to see the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, outstanding!Really, we couldn’t have asked for more. Many thanks.

Excellent Home in Sandy

We stayed here for a week while visiting family in Sandy with our two young boys (ages 5 & 7). It was a wonderful location for us because it was close to our family & also close to the ski areas. The home is wonderfully spacious with all the amenities we needed. The host is very responsive & we appreciated the driveway and walkways being cleared of snow after a heavier snowfall. But what stood out the most was this home is the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in!

We loved the location of property. Very close to ski resorts and evening activities. Property was very clean and comfortable. Downstairs there is a pool table which was a great way to spend the evening. Overall a very good value for the price.

A comfortable home in a comfortable neighborhood

We spent a great ski week here. Slept our four adults with room to spare. The owner stocked it well with cleaning, laundry, and kitchen supplies. Kitchen cooked well. Garage was great to have when it snowed. Pool table was fun. It is pretty wired up with exterior cameras and ring devices inside and out.

Just like Home

The property was very nice and comfortable. The only thing that i was unaware of was the slope in the backyard but we worked around it. The owners worked with us for the gathering we were having. We had the time of our life and thank you for working with us. Would definitely recommend this l property and would stay again.

Felt like Home.. will be back

Cherri made our stay very comfortable and user friendly... all the usual challenges of renting short term were easily overcome and the place provided a great home-base for our ski trips up the cottonwood canyon... comfortable beds, steaming hot showers with great pressure, a lovely fireplace just to name a few... also was great to have the additional suite option because an additional friend showed up to escape the fires in Los Angeles last minute.. you know how ski trips go.. thanks Cherri!

Perfect location with a view.

This home was a perfect location for a wedding we attended at Snowbird Ski Resort. It was just a 15 minute drive to the resort. The home is very clean and exactly as described. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed to prepare meals. The furniture & beds were quite comfortable. The owner was very quick to respond to questions. We had no issues at all during our stay and would most definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home close to ski resorts

My group of six had a great stay at Cheri’s property. Cheri was easy to communicate with and extremely helpful when we needed her. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of dishes, mugs and cups for all of us. We rented the additional master suite in the basement and had plenty of room to spread out. The pool table was a nice surprise that got a lot of use! Having a washer and dryer made packing so much easier. I hope we can return next year when we come back to Utah for our annual ski trip.
