This was a wonderful place! Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked , coffee station was a plus, easy to get to DT, 9th & 9th, coffee shops , ski areas etc! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again !
The property is surrounded by many excellent businesses within walking distance. It was clean, well-decorated, and had everything we needed. Will be returning!
Our stay in this townhome was great...we came into town for a wedding, and location could n ot have been more convenient. Having the garage was an added bonus WRT security, and as an avid brewery fan, walking distance to a couple of establishments was great. Will definitely consider this spot the next time I'm in town to visit my nephew and his wife.
Communication was great and we appreciated the quick reply when we needed to extend our visit. Comfortable beds, clean and all supplies handy. Close to everything in SLC. Thank you!
The place has a lot of space, and a very well stocked kitchen. We cooked some meals and had everything we needed, not just plates and glassware, but decent cookware (including enamel coated cast iron pot!) and basic spices. Also really appreciate plastic wrap and baggies. You don't usually find that stuff at a VRBO.
We were in Salt Lake for a conference, and didnt want to stay at the hotel. This was a good option for that. You would need a car. We parked that car in the garage. Kitchen was great and well appointed. Bedrooms on 3rd level, which was fine, but it is the 3rd level, when compared to the garage. Very nice place, would stay again.
Our family loved the convenience of the rental. The garage kept us from having to find parking in this thriving neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked for home cooked meals. The en-suite bathrooms offered privacy. However the neighborhood is the selling point for this rental. With plenty of restaurants, shopping, and breweries in the area, it’s impossible to be bored. The only downside is this rental is three floors (garage, living area, bedrooms) and all stairs. After breaking my ankle halfway into the trip we had to find other arrangements because this location is not handicap friendly. Unfortunately we didn’t get to stay long but we would stay again.
The building number is clearly visible but the property unit identification is not. You can find the unit identifier on the key pad entry for the garage which is in very small print. I had to find it at night around 01:30am. The living space is very small with tight corners for mobility which is a challenge for a disabled person. The kitchen space is fully equipped and adequate for preparing meals. The sofa was very comfortable for lounging. All of the televisions are equipped with ROKU so please be aware. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and functional. I had to inquire regarding check-out guidance. But I did find trash bags and used the garage for temporary garbage storage for housekeeping disposal. The property suited our business needs for a few days. Oh yeah! Wi-Fi worked very well.
This is a nice clean 2 br apartment in a central located area. Easy to access interstate.
I gave it 5. It could be Improved with a couple of chest of drawers in the bedrooms.
Having a large garage connected was fantastic. The interior was very nice and spacious. The neighborhood was slightly rough; there was a homeless presence in the area, but not to the extent I felt unsafe, and there were several nice restaurants and businesses within walking distance so it was not a *bad* area. There was quite a bit of noise from neighbors and the street at night and during the day; I found it necessary to sleep with earplugs.
The apartment was very clean and roomy. Location was perfect for our stay. There were minor issues with small appliances but they were resolved quickly. The description of the apartment should have included the location of the bedrooms being on another level. We were two elderly couples and lugging large suitcases up a flight of stairs was difficult.
Nice, clean, however, found ants in the kitchen. You need to spray. Living room is missing a slat in the blinds. Website says sleeps 7 but the beds only accommodate 4, was disappointed when we learned we would have to use an inflatable mattress as my grown children no longer share a bed and the sofa is too small. Would still consider staying in the future.
My best friend and I wanted to meet up for a winter girls trip somewhere there was snow. This townhouse was perfectly located for us to hang out in SLC, Park City, shop, eat, go snowmobiling and tubing, or just generally go exploring. The townhouse was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Coffee beans in the freezer with a coffee grinder, coffee maker, and all the fixings for coffee in the drawer. Every kitchen appliance, pot, dish or utensil you could want for cooking or just warming up leftovers. Beds and bedrooms are super comfortable. Bathrooms had everything you needed (Q-tips, cotton balls, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer). Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and Smith’s nearby. TV with multiple streaming channels and live TV. Would definitely recommend and hope to revisit!!
We liked the unit, it was one of the best stocked as for coffee, condiments/spices and higher end dishes and kitchenware/appliances. The fans in the 2 bedrooms did not have a speed control so we couldn't use them at night, too loud. Also had someone come while we weren't there to water plants, I looked back through all my communication but never saw anything to alert us. Also the password for the garage had to include a "#" but that was not in instructions. We had homeless people sleeping in front of the building each night too which made me a little nervous. The other issue was the noise from cars racing in the alley and on the street. This building is on the corner of 2 very busy streets.
I wish the owners would have had dressers in the rooms or in the walk in closets. There was no place to put our clothing, we had to live out of our suitcases and being that all 4 of us are over 60 it was a little inconvenient.
I'd still give it a rating of 4 out of 5 because it was pretty clean except for some staining on the upstairs carpet, which looked like maybe from bleach and a darker stain in another area.
The beds and bedding were very comfortable.
