Great Place!

I needed a place to stay last minute for work. Due to a conference in town, all the hotels were booked. I chose to stay here and it was a great choice. The location was perfect and the accommodations were excellent. Everything was extremely clean and well organized. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, comfy and clean!

My husband, son and I stayed at this rental for a weekend to check out Salt Lake City. We were very impressed by the convenience of this rental. It is close to everything yet quiet. We felt safe and the bed is super comfy!

Great home base

This small apartment was great for a visit to relatives in SLC. Comfortable, well-stocked with what we needed, and convenient. Loved being able to walk to breakfast and coffee shops.

Great condo

We booked this condo for the third time and it was great. It had everything we needed and was nice and clean, except for the marred bathroom mirror. We arrived in SLC a little early and the host promptly responded to my request for early check in . Everything worked out perfectly

Perfect spot

What a great little place. Everything we needed for a quick weekend in Salt Lake City. Good bed, safe parking, and very clean. Trolley Cottage Cafe is a great little breakfast spot within walking distance. Communication with management was flawless! Give this place a try!

Loved the Location

Great spot, great location. Clean and pretty. We would stay there again. Only con was that I detected the smell of cat pee. My husband didn’t notice it as much, but I definitely did. It was still a good experience.

Convention Stay

This location turned out to be ideal because there are a bunch of requirement sort of stores within a five minute walking distance. There was a Whole Foods, which I was surprised to see and very happy to see and an entire little mini mall that had incredible music playing during Weekend nights. You couldn’t hear the music at the location of the B&B though because it was a good five minute walk.The place was really adorable. There were movable heaters and fans were needed.The only negative really was that my student and her mom who stayed in another unit of the host, found molds on there pitcher for purifying the water, so they bought some water at the local store rather than address it with the owner I believe.The bed was extremely comfortable.

Great accommodations for a couple or small family!

This is a lovely spot! Very conveniently located on 700E, as part of a four-plex. Bed very comfortable. Shower was wonderful! Kitchen had all of the essentials for cooking a meal. Pull-out couch was great for extra sleeping. Host was very attentive and quick to respond. All in all, a great spot!

Convenient and homey!

My friend and i were traveling through Salt Lake City to Brighton, for a wedding but needed a place to stay before the wedding rental was available. our stay at this rental was excellent! Very clean, cozy, and comfortable!! Was such a convenient area, walking distance to shopping, dinning, and Whole Foods! Even though it is located on what seemed to be a busy street, it was pleasantly quiet inside! Beds were very comfortable and shower water pressure was excellent! Highly recommend!

Great Location, Everything you need

This was a very convenient location, we walked to a lot of nice stores and restaurants. There is a lovely park about 5 minutes walking distance. It was an easy 25 min ride to the shuttle for the alta/solitude mountains. The kitchen had everything needed for minimal kitchen prep. It was clean and cozy and comfortable. Thank you!

Quick Getaway

My husband and I went to a show in the city and decided to stay overnight. Location was convenient and although the property was on a busy road, the noise was minimal. Several coffee/restaurants/etc. within walking distance. Check-in/out was easy. My only gripe was that we could hear the tenant in the apartment above this one. Their footsteps, music, etc. Other than that, this place was great.

Good value!

This was a good-value property. For the money, it certainly beat staying in a downtown hotel room with 2 queen beds and little else. It is a narrow space but came equipped with a small living room, full kitchen, and washer-dryer. Parking is right behind the building. There was some traffic noise in the front of the building but the bedroom is in the back and completely quiet. There was a very faint and generalized off-odor upon arrival/re-entry that we attributed to the heat interacting with the living room furniture but not objectionable enough to make us reconsider our overall decision to stay here. Pop some popcorn and close the bedroom door and all will be great.
