GREAT STAY!!

This property was in the perfect location. Close to downtown, and plenty of lime scooters to get around. This was a relaxing and clean place to come back to after being out for the day. The hot tub was great! The host was very responsive to my messages, would definitely recommend this spot for anyone visiting Salt Lake!

Simple but nice place to stay

We thought the property was better than the pictures. The space was small but it was what we needed. The pool and hot tub are well maintained. Also, to be able to park in front of the property was super helpful. It seemed like several places in Salt Lake only has street parking.

Good apartment close to Downtown SLC

We came up to Salt Lake for Hamilton and wanted a place close to the Eccles Theater and downtown Salt Lake, it was great for a quick trip up.

First, this listing isn't accurate—this is not a 2 bedroom, it's a one bedroom with another bed bath lofted above the living space. The lower bedroom has french doors as well so you don't really get quiet or privacy within the space.Second, the apartment is both dirty and run down. There are lots of little things—hair in the shower, found someone's fake nail, and old grounds in the coffee pot. Windowsills covered in dirt, so much dust on the popcorn ceiling, etc. We killed a cockroach as well. The entire complex has a grimy feeling. Location is convenient on a busy road close to food options and downtown. Can't really recommend staying here!

We came, we saw, we left

The good: The property itself was tastefully remodelled. Everything we needed was pretty much there. Pool was fun for the kids. Ac was nice on a few of the hot days. The not so good: There was some damage that we were noticing throughout our stay, stuff should have been replaced or takin out. There was some large crumbs of what looked to be bread or cookie under the downstairs bed, there was a strange odour near the pool..when we took out the garbage on the last day I found out why, the garbage was over flowing the bin and was scattered around the bin. And it’s a bit of a seedy area, lots of homeless and saw a few “night walkers” right outside. No one bothered us though. Final: Would recommend for sure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed for three nights while visiting our kiddo at U of U. Property was great and exactly as described. Had everything we needed. Easy to get to the U. Close to trax. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. You could easily stay here and not have a rental car. The pool and spa at the complex was great as was the laundry facility.
