Welcome to our cozy home in the beautiful and quiet Federal Heights neighborhood in Salt Lake City. We are super close to the University of Utah and several nearby parks and activities. The home includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, dining room, full laundry room, kitchen, living space and tv room. The front and back yards are spacious and well kept. The backyard is fully equipped for outdoor dining and is a perfect spot to spend time with family and friends.

We so enjoyed our stay at Angela’s! As others have mentioned, it feels like grandma’s house. We loved the neighborhood and its proximity to the U of U. The outdoor space is also wonderful. This house is in a beautiful neighborhood for walks and then it is so relaxing to sit in the backyard at night! House is close to the hospitals which was a must for us. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we would need! Would definitely stay here again!

Do not hesitate to book this place! Our group ranged in age from 30-78, and we were all comfortably and happy with the house for a graduation trip.The neighborhood is fantastic and the house is spacious and well stocked with fluffy towels, snacks, and plenty of kitchen supplies! It was also very clean!!!The host was responsive to my questions. Check in was simple!I wish we would have found this place 3 years ago when she started at the U.

Great Home in SLC

This is our third time staying at this house and it is always such a pleasant experience. The location and neighborhood are perfect for a family stay. The house is well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. All of the beds are all very comfortable. Angela is extremely responsive when you have questions. Best Place Ever

The house is beautiful and spacious. The bedding is inviting and so comfortable. There are multiple spaces to read, relax or watch TV. It’s located in an amazing, quiet neighborhood that is great for walking. Just minutes from downtown Salt Lake. Close to restaurants, shopping and mountains. Ideal place to stay! Wonderful home in a great neighborhood. The property was even better than the photos showed. Loved the patio and the beautiful backyard. Felt like home away from home. Best VRBO experience yet

This was one of the best VRBO experiences we've ever had. Great neighborhood with beautiful homes, nice, safe and quiet, very close to downtown, 4 minutes from U of U, the home was exceptionally clean, well furnished and with more appliances available than listed, for example, blender, mixer, espresso machine, etc. Owner communication was outstanding. Will be back for sure!!

Perfect Weekend Get-Away

This house is perfect for a family trip. The location is amazing and the neighborhood is quiet and great for walking or running. The house has all of the things you need including quality cookware and spices. Angela also provides snack, water and several soft drinks. All of the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have all the supplies you need. We loved all the small touches, this house makes you feel at home. Utah Parents Weekend

This is the 5th time we have stayed at this property while visiting our kids at the U. It feels like home away home and my kids have nicknamed it grandma’s house. Fun football weekend!

This is our third stay at Angelas’s and it won’t be our last. My son is a junior at the U and we brought our daughter and friends to tour the university and to see the Utes play. The location can’t be beat and the house is immaculate with lots of special amenities. She always provides snacks and beverages for the duration of your stay. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Beautiful House and our best rental yet.

My wife and I were planning a trip to visit family in Idaho when we decided to visit Salt Lake City. After a grueling flight, we rolled into the little piece of heaven that would give us the time to renew and relax before our drive to Idaho. It was stocked with snacks which, believe me, was a godsend when you arrive at 3:30 in the morning with only a few chicken nuggets in our stomachs. Those may have been the best tasting potato chips I have ever had. The house itself is beautiful, loaded with everything a guest could need and conveniently close to many restaurants and stores. The only downside was that we couldn't stay longer. If I am ever back in SLC, this house will be at the top of my list.

Great value, immaculate yard, superb location

The house layout is odd, but the grandma decor is comforting. The hosts made this a wonderful welcome with snacks, a semi-stocked pantry and fridge and even a candy jar my kids did a dent on. We love the Federal Heights area - great walks and soooo close to campus and an easy shot on South Temple into downtown. The only down side is the WIFI - the signal does not cover the house well and the ISP provide is slow. I only mention that here because VRBO blocked ALL communication from us to the host through VRBO, otherwise I would have kept it private, though, we would certainly come again in a heartbeat only hoping for an upgrade in the wifi =). Great job and good value!
