The home is very clean, cozy with adequate furnishings. It was in an excellent location steps from the Capitol building, gift shop, and downtown. Stayed with my partner and mother for a brief getaway, we got to see a ton of places around Salt Lake City and Utah.

Great Location, Great Place, Terrific Hosts

We were staying the week for our annual Utah Ski Safari and really appreciated the central location close to restaurants and everything. Our hosts were great communicators and very fast to take care of any needs.

Great location

I plan to stay there again next time our convention is in SLC. The neighborhood is great, walking distance to the convention center and hikes near by as well. The owner is very responsive to messages.

Loved the house, beautiful, spacious and quaint with the best location!! Such a gorgeous neighborhood with the Capitol just a few blocks away. Everything was easy for check-in, the home was clean. My son loved the basement, like having his own apartment. We were there for a fun weekend, celebrating my husband's bday and my son's UofU orientation.

Beautiful downtown home

This house was perfect for us. It was located so very close to State Capitol Building and downtown. The host was very easy to work with and had great communication.The house large, very clean and inviting. We had 4 adults and stayed for 3 nights. We had more than enough room in this spacious tri level home.

Perfect Location

Great location. Property was very clean. Parking was in the street but they give you a parking permit and we never had any issues finding a spot directly accross from the house. We would definitely stay again.

Couldn’t ask for a more convenient location! We were attending March Madness at the Delta Center and this spot afforded us easy access to downtown and the surrounding area. Wonderful communicative hosts as well. This is a great spot!

This home was a perfect location for us as we moved our son into his dorm at the University of Utah. Great location just below the capitol building. Convenient to everything and was so clean and cheery. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

...loved the three levels, so each group had their own space (and bathroom). ...large and comfortable living room where we could all relax together. ...nice kitchen for meal prep. ...appreciated the ice-maker for filling up water bottles for a day of hiking.
