A wonderful week

We had a wonderful week staying at this property. We had plenty of room for the six of us and were in the perfect location for getting into the Canyons for skiing. We will definitely look to book the house again.

Great home close to skiing

Beautiful clean home with all the amenities you need for a nice vacation. So close to Alta and Snowbird. Owner and management were very helpful in trying to get us in a little early and could not have been better with their communication leading into our stay and throughout. One of my best experiences renting on VRBO.

Great ski vacation rental

This home is in a great spot for a family ski vacation. We were less than 15 minutes from Alta and Snowbird (unless there was heavy traffic) and only 40 minutes from Deer Valley. Plenty of restaurants within 10-15 minutes of the house. The house itself was great -- very well stocked, a great hot tub for after ski, nice fireplaces, and a great kitchen. We had a lovely stay.

Wonderful week in Cottonwood Heights!

This property was absolutely perfect for our weeklong stay. The home was sparkling clean, and the owners provided lots of welcoming touches including snacks, helpful notes around the property, and lots of amenities to make us feel like we were home. The organization of the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry area were super helpful. We will definitely be back!

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was spacious with lots of beds and bathrooms as advertised. Clean and well maintained. Clear communication with the property manager, who was very responsive; we had a problem with the TV and the manager responded right away and made sure it was resolved before leaving the place. And I think this was the most well-equipped kitchen we've ever experienced in many years of ski-trip rentals. Overall a great place and would definitely stay again!

Fabulous Stay!

We weee here for about two weeks - working remotely, visiting friends and attending a family reunion and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Room for us and our adult kids. Quiet for working. A great kitchen. The beds were comfy and we weee taken care of - they even checked in when the temps started to get warmer to make sure we had what we needed to stay cool. We will be back for sure.

Awesome rental

This is the best stocked rental I have ever been in. My kids and I had incredible utensils to cook with and every possible convenience to make lovely meals. The bathrooms were also fully stocked and there were even different options for laundry detergent. The hot tub was very clean and easy to use. We had a delightful time and couldn’t have asked for more.

Even better than advertised

In town for a family event, this home is well equipped, immaculate, centrally located and tastefully done. We would stay here again without hesitation. The host team communicates well and has included thoughtful tips like labeling electrical switches, providing ease to charge all of the things, a sharing shelf for non-perishable items, W/D access and soap, and overall comfortable, high quality furnishings and finishes. In a world where most online reservations may stop short of meeting expectations, this one exceeds them!

The condo worked great for us! We had a total of 9 adults that stayed, and we were all comfortable, plenty of space. Parking is limited in front of the condo, but there is plenty of space to park in the overflow parking area. The washer was broken, so we were disappointed with that. But, the condo is clean, well-stocked and the property manager responded quickly to ours needs. It is a good rental!

Restored my faith in short term vacation rentals!

All I can say is that this place was exactly what we expected. The pictures were current and the townhome was recently updated. Communication was outstanding and the place was well stocked with everything you may need at a home away from home. We were so pleased with the process after several bad experiences (booked through different site) that we will do this again. The owners and property managers were stayed in contact throughout the trip and there were NO surprises! The check in binder left nothing to the imagination, from the hot tub to the AC, to linens, the kitchen, parking etc. so easy to work with. The townhome was immaculate and well adorned with all necessities and many items we didn’t expect like hairdryers and laundry detergent. I cannot say enough about this experience.

The townhome was a fantastic home for a great week skiing the Cottonwood canyon resorts. Nicely updated, comfortable beds/linens/pillows, very well supplied kitchen, well maintained hot tub and thoughtful extras like games and puzzles to keep the kids busy. Communication with the management team and local contact was efficient and helpful. We will definitely stay again!

This was a great place for our family of 6. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen and had enough room for everyone to relax and unwind all week. The hot tub was a fun bonus and we appreciated having 2 tv/gathering areas. We were able to park 4 cars in the garage and driveway, that helped us to gather as well. We have booked many rental units and this was our favorite so far.
