"Flew cross country to go skiing at Snowbird and rented Patrick's property for the first 2 nights for our family of four. Patrick was wholly unaware that the road to his property was blocked due to a bus/avalanche accident (the only road blocked in the area) on the evening of our arrival. One of my friends called me to warn me! I called Patrick immediately upon hearing this distressing news from JFK Airport New York, Patrick said he was so sorry to hear this, that we shouldn't worry about finding...
