"The staff was wonderful and the property is beautiful. Be warned though, this is more camping than glamping. The dome tents are cool, but far away from the bathrooms and amenities, and I didn't understand why they are more expensive than more spacious tents. We didn't know there was one master switch to power the tent, and wish the staff would have told us that at check in. We switched from a dome to a double twin tent and had so much more room, but then our heated blankets didn't work. We were there at the beginning of their season, so there were little things missing. Firewood is an extra cost, and they did not have any available on property, so we had to go to Safeway to purchase it. All of the refrigerators in the lobby that would typically have snacks and drinks were empty. Coffee isn't available until 8am, which is tough for early risers. That first day there was no creamer available. Their social media showcases "having another mimosa" but there is no bar. Literally no food nor drink was available for purchase on property. If you're concerned about security, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Tents don't "lock" (of course) and anyone could walk onto the property after hours. Bathrooms are communal. Great concept, great staff, beautiful property - but they should make it clear that it's more camp and less glam."

"Lovely location and home to stay in. This was our 4th stay at the Jenner Inn, and I'm sure it will not be our last. The area is beautiful, the staff accommodating and the local cuisine amazing."

"Overpriced Motel 6 I wouldn’t call this room “luxury” and definitely overpriced for what you get. Room was very clean and so was the jacuzzi. Couldn’t see the ocean when sitting down in the jacuzzi and the glare from the blue neon hotel sign wasn’t pleasant while sitting in the hot tub. Breakfast was plastic wrapped bagels, coffee and mandarins. I’d stay here again because of the location and cleanliness. But not in a luxury room. "

"Staff is super friendly. It's a charming rustic place. Room was clean and kitchenette is well stocked with coffees/teas. Robes and towels were fluffy. Beds were comfy. Hot tub was relaxing after a long day on the road and hiking. The setting is very peaceful and quiet. The view is great from the patio. The only slight less great thing was the room we were in had a skylight and it gets bright very earlier. It might be a good idea to bring a sleep mask. There is no food onsite but the fort ross store across the street has great sandwiches/breakfast and coffee. "

"The area and property are wonderful. Naveed at the front desk was the most welcoming host, engaging, inviting and always excited to see us, answer our questions and give us recommendations. The room was very large and the view of the vineyards can’t be beat for the price, area and location walking distance to town and just overall being in the redwoods. Very quiet, peaceful and a wonderful stay. "
