Room is clean and comfortable! The front desk people are very helpful, called Cab for us and passed on the message from our tour guide! They speak much better English than local people! We also eat at restaurants one night, order med food from Restaurants menu and bar menu, the Salads were delicious!

Comfortable, clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Love that they were able to preserve the beautiful old building when they added the modern sections.

The property design is beautiful and modern. The location is great so close to the main plaza. The only problem it has been the bathrooms the hot water doesn’t come out in the shower, the toilet doesn’t flush too well and there is a lot of mold on the shower grout. Kind of scary.

The Design Suites was a nice property with English speaking staff and good facilities. The breakfast was adequate. The coffee was not good and to drink better coffee you need to pay for espresso. But it’s not an issue. The shower/faucet was leaking, but otherwise the bathroom was spacious and good, The bed was comfortable, although a bit too firm. The pillows were great. Overall a very good value hotel.

The staff were extremely helpful and made our stay quite pleasant. The room decor was fashionable but not extremely livable. The room's lounge chairs looked good but were difficult to maneuver in and out of. Bed and bedding could use improvement to increase comfort.

It shares the same plaza as the Alehandro which is on Balcarce St. so shopping, dining and entertainment are just blocks away. The main square is also very close in the opposite direction. The rooms are sound-proofed so you wont hear your neighbors but that doesnt mean you wont hear outside traffic when morning rush hour begins. Over all a very nice place with a super helpful staff. Oh and Jing Du chinese is around the block. Who woulda thought pretty good chinese food in Salta...? I will be back because it is much less than the Alehandro.

Pros: great location in lovely city Large rooms kept in good condition Very clean Most (but not all) staff friendly and helpful Cons: Pool area is just there for photos. The pictures gave a better impression than reality. Our room, especially all wooden parts looked outdated with lack of maintenance long overdue. There was just one small sink in the bathroom and no separate shower. Also we found the rooms rather noisy as we heard our neighbours talk as well as people coming out of the elevator. Breakfast was sufficient but not too many choices. The beds were very good and the staff was very helpful. For the amount of money we paid for this accommodation, we had expected a higher standard.

Property was great for our 4 night stay in Salta! It was very central to the main square, restaurants so we could walk everywhere. The hotel staff were very helpful and made some good restaurant recommendations and were able to exchange money. Would visit again and stay here.
