Beautiful, private setting. Two parking spaces per unit. No boats, trailers or golf carts. No pets.
3 BR, 2 B. K * Q * S (with trundle). Island Club linen service with beds made. Oceanfront, Third Floor Top floor end unit so no overhead noise. Lovely wide views of the beach and blue waters of the Atlantic. Third bedroom is sleep den with S trundle (no closet). Open floor plan with tray ceiling and an abundance of natural light. Each bedroom has Smart TV with cable; 65” Smart TV in living area. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, wireless Internet access. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in kitchen. Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. Covered private oceanfront balcony. Close proximity to elevator. Nightly rentals allowed November through May. No smoking. No pets.
This property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.
