"Beautifully presented, everything appeared to be new. 2 big beautiful double bedrooms. Good location with no steps as ground floor apartment. Very good security and had a second gate outside that can be locked too. Lovely supermarket directly across the street with everything you could need. My one complaint was the mattress was a bit firm for me, but my friend loved it."

"Gustavo was a very kind and helpful Host. His family is lovely and we enjoyed the swimming pool. We stayed there on our way to the Sevilla airport and it was about 20 minutes from there. My biggest surprise was the neighborhood which you had to enter with a locked gate and the entire development was inside of a fence with razor wire at the top. The house itself was clean, but the beds were not that comfortable."

"This place is 10 minutes(walk) away from Plaza de España and 15 minutes from Alcazar and cathedral. We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were amazing, polite and very helpful. The amenities were well thought out. I would give 10/10. It’s in a very safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again."
