"Lovely house, fabulous pool and pool area.Very spacious, Lots of things to do in the area.Short drive to a really nice beach and markets.Enough parking for 5 cars.Things to be aware of.,,Lack of air con as a bit of an issue as it was absolutely stifling in the bedrooms at night.There is a serious lack of cooking equipment, lots of crockery but only 1 baking tray. We had to plan meals around what kitchen equipment is available. We had to go out and buy glasses and cups, as there weren’t enough.We were a family of 18, there is one fridge freezer with no door shelves in, so barely any room for groceries. We had to keep any drink in the upstairs fridge. This also meant we had to shop everyday as there wasn’t enough storage for more than one meal.This place is used a lot for weddings apparently so I assume they get outside caterers in and don’t think about private renting guests who need to cook.Having said all that we had a fabulous week and would definitely recommend it."

"There was no staff to review as arrived late and left early. Free coffee and tea in arrival in machines which was good but not great tasting. Rooms clean spacious but very minimal. Beds comfy and big."

"Excellent base for my trip to Xativa Castle. Hotel based right next to entry gate (still need to walk up the winding road- only takes 15mins to walk to castle). Hotel grounds are beautiful with excellent view of Xativa. Room was spacious with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom-shower and separate bath. Had own small terrace with table and 2 seats. Breakfast was brilliant -set in glass walled tent-great range and staff v friendly. Would advise getting snacks when in town - room fridge only has well priced beer and soft drinks. Hotel might benefit from vending machine as it is a bit of a walk into town (downhill there,uphill on return)."

"Our air conditioning was leaking and on reporting to staff we were moved immediately to a new room, even though it was 1am. Room was clean,tidy and well decorated. The review is 4 stars not 5 due to location not having any amenities nearby."

"La estancia ha sido muy agradable. La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos, y la zona perfecta para estar en familia tranquilos. Tres cuartos de baño y 4 dormitorios que ayudan a que la convivencia sea fluida. La piscina estupenda,la barbacoa genial,y el aire acondicionado centralizado un acierto para paliar la calor que hace en Valencia. Juan Pedro y Marta han muy amables y atentos. Repetiremos seguro."
