"The hotel was lovely. The rooms are small with not a lot of room to relax or use the desk provided. The showers are small and water leaked everywhere. The bathroom shelf was tilted so things kept falling off. The service was incredible. I did like the experience of staying in a historical, beautiful hotel. "

"It was a wonderful stay. The owner and general manager helped her. All staff members were exceptionally good. Breakfast was also very good . Whenever we will come back to Halifax, we Will definitely stay here again for sure 10/10 from our side . I recommend this hotel ."

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of everything was above par. Denny's being in the hotel was wonderful. There is a Tim Hortons in the same parking lot as well. Great location to everything you need and more. The pool is fantastic. The beds are comfortable. We will be back. "

"The room was nice and clean, couple downsides I noticed: the toilet was pretty hard to get to flush properly and had to close the door to use the toilet (not ideal with a toddler). The wifi kept going in and out so it was hard to watch TV. I will say I really appreciated having Netflix logged in already and able to watch. The bed was a little uncomfy but that wasn’t a big deal. Overall was a good stay for the price "
