I was given a room in the back of the motel, and there were a lot of men just hanging out by their cars and smoking, etc. when I pulled up to my room. I didn't feel safe. Once in my room, I was afraid to come back out. You could tell the place wasn't full. Why they wouldn't plan room assignments a little better or not allow all the men to just hang outside is troublesome. I won't return, despite the convenience of parking there for airport shuttle service. I will find alternative arrangments. "

"Our accommodations were extremely nice, clean and comfortable. The location was convenient as well for our destination. We have already shared our experience with family and have recommended future stays should they travel through NC."

"A standard room. Biggest problem was the SINGLE elevator which is at the far end of the property. If your room is near the check in desk you will need to walk to the other end of the property to get to an elevator and then walk down three long halls to get to a room which is one stairwell away. If you are not able to climb those stairs easily, you will be walking a lot."

"very nice, would stay there again except for in room AC, had in room thermostat which did not seem to be synchronized with in room unit, room very cold impossible to reach comfortable level, bathroom even worse, badly needs bathroom heat lamp, taking a shower was terrible, even with hot shower, getting out to dry off in freezing bathroom was not pleasant."

"Worse staff ever. Took an hour check in. Room was prepaid. They charged $155.01. Stated system glitch. Supposedly refunded but it was charged again. Manager Rhema called me a liar and said it was her word against mine. Her representative Jessica said refund timeframes was 2 days. Had to call corporate. Still waitin on refund "
