Perfect place for sweethearts

Our secluded and cozy cabin, Carra’s Cabin, is one of three of our Sandy Cut Cabins options. It’s furnished with one bedroom, full sized bathroom and updated kitchen accommodations. The deck features a private Hot Tub, a grill and outdoor dining area for the perfect ending to a perfect day of exploring.

Carra’s Cabin is best suited for 2 adults, not suitable for children of any age. The driveway is steep at the bottom but levels off. Follow the driveway to the end for Carra’s Cabin. We have 2 other cabins on the property but each is secluded and private. The lockbox is located on the cabin near the hot tub and the key fits the french door.

The hot tub isn’t a pool, no additives please, low water damages the unit. Emergency shut off only. Keep covered if not using. Don’t touch WARM button
Strip bed, leave blankets folded. Hang wet towels, wash dishes. Trash bin is on back side of cabin/bagged trash only. Don’t use good towels to clean.
Fires allowed in fire pit only, check for burning bans. All pets must be leashed outside/no Pits. Excessive pet cleaning results in $50 additional fee

We had an enjoyable four-night stay, except for some bug bites while sleeping the last two nights. Very private and a quiet setting in nature. The cabin is well outfitted, and we were impressed with the quality of the dishes and cookware.

Perfect mountain spot for solitude and nature

Carras Cabin was the perfect weekend reset—peaceful, private, and utterly rejuvenating. We’ll definitely be back. This tiny cabin is perfectly appointed, cozy den, kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal with coffee in the morning. A tidy bedroom, bathroom and hot tub. We were able to enjoy downtown Saluda and hike Moore’s Cove Falls and take in Looking Glass Falls.

Perfect Getaway

We loved our stay here! We were surrounded by a beautiful view and enjoyed exploring Saluda. We ate at the Purple Onion and we highly recommend it! Our hosts were awesome at being responsive whenever we had questions. This is a wonderful place to stay for a mountain getaway!

Really the perfect place for sweethearts

Everything about the place was perfect for us. It was so peaceful and the cabin was the perfect size for us. It was cozy and comfortable. You won’t be disappointed if you’re looking for peace and quiet and no distractions. You can hear the water and there is no light pollution to take away from the beautiful night sky. Can’t say enough good things about Carra’s Cabin.

Great stay

The stay was great! The driveway was a little hard with the sedan we had brought, so I wish that there would have been a warning about this before booking. Besides that, it was very secluded and great for a weekend getaway with my partner!

Beautiful Secluded Cabin

Found property in a very clean state, Loved the small cabin vibes the secluded ness of it. The wifi service was great, the kitchen has plenty of utensils and cooking wear. Will definitely be back!!

Great little cabin...Peacful

The stay and the cabin are exactly as described and worked well for our weekend getaway. Beautiful sunrise! The area was hit hard by Helene and is recovering well! Roads are a bit unnerving if you are not from around the area. Definitely want to arrive during the day and if you can, drive a 4 wheel drive vehicle. We took our Ram 1500 truck and it struggled briefly at the getting up at the beginning of the steep driveway.

Such a sweet get-away!

We had a wonderful time in the secluded mountain atmosphere. The house was adorable and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. The porch and hot tub were a real treat. We are looking forward to a return visit soon!

Weekend Getaway

My boyfriend and I came to Saluda for our anniversary and absolutely adored this rental! This is perfect for anyone looking to grill and enjoy a dip in the hot tub after a long day of hiking the trails in Saluda! Penny was very accommodating and helpful. Will definitely book this again!

1st Anniversary getaway

this perfect little cabin was the best choice i choice have ever made!! It is absolutely beautiful inside and out! the decor & set up is awesome! the bed is SO comfortable! the hot tub and porch was awesome! i can not wait to got back!! 10/10 definitely recommend! Nice Getaway

Very clean, cozy, and secluded...a perfect couples getaway! Cabin is surrounded by trees and the sound of the river flowing below was nice added ambience. We had a little bit of trouble finding it at night,but we did eventually find it. The drive up and back down is pretty steep but manageable. Saluda has some good food options, but the cabin was well supplied if you wanted to cook your own food. We enjoyed our stay very much!

So peaceful!

My husband and I brought our furbaby for a weekend getaway and Carra's Cabin did not disappoint! We hiked to Pearson Falls and then drove downtown for lunch. The town of Saluda is so picturesque and the shops are so quaint! Do not skip out on the restaurants here - The Purple Onion was phenomenal! We came back to the cabin for a relaxing evening in the hot tub. We felt so secluded from everything and yet were still close enough to town to enjoy the local atmosphere. Can't wait to come back again!

Perfect spot for 1:1 getaway

Husband and I got away for the weekend to reconnect, have good conversation about this past year and the year upcoming. Enjoyed the quiet (thanks for minimal cell service and internet not working - seriously, that was a win in my book to take out distractions of the world!) lovely spot to hangout and enjoy each others company and the outdoors! Would have been safer to bring the truck but we made it up the steep driveway in my car - get good momentum and don’t touch the brakes. The road had been cleared pretty well considering the damage after hurricane Helene. Continued prayers for rebuilding and small business fall/big season tourism! Loved eating in town!

The Views & Windows are amazing! Hot Tub @ night under the Stars Very relaxing & comfortable Ammenities provided Secluded & Peaceful A lot of laziness & soaking up nature Opening the french doors & wathing the GA game was on point! GO DAWGS! If you enjoy water falls than def. check out Pearson's Falls it's on your way in (&out) quick hike & gorgeous views. The 90' Waterfall @ the top is breathtaking For Breakfast we loved Eggs Up Grill in Hendersonville & the Air Museum as well! • Amazing Memories Made! Thank You God Bless
