Staff very friendly and attentive, spotless clean and well decorated rooms, comfortable bed, high quality linens, and wonderful breakfast! The hotel has many areas to relax, and many options to explore the astonishing surroundings. I just found a little confusing to understand, on their website at the time of booking, the difference between the Country House and the Guest House Palazzo dei Venti rooms, once they are all located in the same building, and only have different entrances.
