BR12 Beautiful apartment overlooking the sea - Barra

Strategically located in Condomínio Smart Farol da Barra, which has 24-hour security, gym and swimming pool available to guests, in addition to being 350m from the Barra lighthouse and 160m from Praia do Farol da Barra. The apartment has wonderful views of the sea and has a full kitchen, well-decorated living room and a beautiful suite with access to a furnished balcony.

We take care of the house with great care and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate; Reservations from 15 nights will be charged according to consumption.

**A deposit of R$ 500.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

***It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.

Barra is a very popular destination in Salvador, due to its incredible tourist attractions such as the beach and the beautiful Farol da Barra. It's a versatile location for anyone there. During the day it's great to run while admiring the coast, visiting the beach or shopping. The night is a festive place with several options of bars, restaurants and clubs; Carnival season, it is part of the Barra-Ondina circuit. The best part, without a doubt, is that you can see the entire neighborhood without needing a car.
