Ótimo apartamento.

O imóvel é espaçoso e muito confortável, ambientes refrigerados, dispõe de todos os utensílios na cozinha. O proprietário muito gentil colocando-se à disposição para o que fosse necessário. O condomínio é muito organizado, conta com piscina grande e muito limpa. Como sugestão seria conveniente que fosse instalada ducha higiênica nos banheiros.

Muito bom.

Não fiquei no imóvel das fotos mas em outra unidade do mesmo proprietário. A negociação com o Sr. Edson foi bem tranquila e o mesmo se mostrou muito prestativo para nos atender, quando chegamos ao local. O imóvel acomoda confortavelmente até cinco pessoas em camas. Está bem equipado com microondas, torradeira, ar condicionado nos dois quartos, ventilador de torre na sala, máquina de lavar modelo simples, geladeira duas portas e adega. Condomínio muito bem cuidado e muito sossegado. A praia é mais agitada mas em determinados momentos do dia ela fica apropriada para banho, dependendo de ventos e da maré. Sugiro locação de veículo para conhecer as prais da região. Sugiro a Praia do Forte, Praia de Imbassai, Praia de Guarajuba, prainha do Rio Jacuípe e Praia de Itacimirim. Foram dias memoráveis. Recomendo.

Ficamos muito satisfeitos com o apto alugado. Eletros novíssimos, serviço de limpeza diário, infraestrutura do condo nota dez. Nem usamos as toalhas que levamos pois tinha muitas a disposição da gente quando chegamos, grandes e limpas. Recomendamos.

ME SENTI COMO SE EM CASA ESTIVESSE

Imóvel com toda estrutura voltado para seu descanso e comodidade, utensílios domésticos, toalhas, roupa de cama novos e de ótima qualidade. Apesar de não possuir vida noturna e comercio os quais você possa ir a pé, fica a 2 km de tudo, banco, farmácia, supermercados etc Condomínio "pé na areia", muito bem frequentado, segurança para crianças e moradores. Espero que seja a primeira de varias estadias. Ao proprietário João obrigado pela recepção.
