Beautiful 2/4 apartment with 30m², well decorated, in Costa Azul! 5min from the beach, close to supermarket, pharmacy and shops. Bedroom (1) with double bed, smart TV, split air conditioning, wardrobe. Bedroom (2) with 2 single beds, split air conditioning and wardrobe. Living room with smart TV and sofa. Fully equipped kitchen. 24h doorman, gym, swimming pool, co-working space, 1 rotating parking space (only small vehicles).

- There is a laundry room in the building for an additional charge.
