- House located in Canto do Sol condominium in Barra do Jacuípe, two floors, 5 bedrooms, televisions, stereo, garden, kiosk and artesian well. Very large and cozy house, in rustic style, details in fine wood and carvings, thematic decoration, closets and wardrobes, all the upholstery is new, lined mattresses. Very structured condominium with 2 soccer fields - societ and land, own restaurant, meeting of the river with the sea, wooded, has environmental protection area, paved, motorized security 24h, parties in all festive periods funded by the condominium - New Year's Eve, Christmas, Carnival, St. John and the washes, beach at the bottom of the condominium that is 400 meters from the house. Beautiful pool and lots of green area in the garden of the house. Near Guarajuba, Imbassaí, Sauípe complex and Fort Beach.
