We where very disappointed with this place it doesn't look very much like the pictures. When we checked in we got a room that there was a lot of bugs on the floor and the AC didn't work and than they changed the room to another one on the 4 floor without elevator. Over all I think the price is too high for what you get you can pay half the price on other place

Upon entering the bathroom I saw a small cockroach and another by the main door. There were also ants on the bathroom floor. I let staff know and they asked if I wanted to change rooms. I asked to first see the other room and saw another cockroach in that bathroom as well. There also seemed to be dead mosquitos on the bedroom floor in the main room. A lot of bugs here. What I did like was that it was a 15 minute drive to the airport. There is also a beach within about 2 minutes walking distance. I also appreciated the free breakfast. I also appreciated that I was able to check out 2 hours later, but they only charged me for 1 hour instead of 2. I gave it a 1 because I hate roaches, but I appreciated the other things I mentioned

Excelente experiência! Quarto impecavelmente limpo e muito confortável. A equipe de funcionários foi extremamente atenciosa e cordial, sempre pronta para ajudar. O café da manhã é delicioso, com ótima variedade, e o estacionamento trouxe ainda mais comodidade. Com certeza voltarei e recomendo!

Pontos positivos: -equipe de atendimento muito cordial e prestativa -ambiente geral, quartos e banheiros muito limpos e organizados -serviço de limpeza dos quartos gratuita e a qualquer tempo -excelente localização na cidade -servem um bom café da manhã em espaço bem refrigerado Sugestões de melhorias: -o café da manhã poderia ter mais opções, achei o cardápio um pouco repetitivo. poderia ter também, por exemplo, mais opções de frutas, bolos, suco; frango desfiado, carne desfiada, beiju, etc. Resumo: é a escolha ideal para negócios e também para viajar. o Hotel atende muito bem aos dois objetivos.
