Já conhecia o.hotel, mas dessa vez foi uma catástrofe. Primeiro, a porta do quarto não fechava, era possível ser aberta com ou sem cartão. Solicitaram manutenção, demorou e não resolveu. Depois de muito custo, me trocaram de quarto. No Novo quarto, a água que saía da torneira do banheiro estava marrom! Ao questionar, fui informado que precisaria ser feita uma drenagem, estava assim em outros quartos também. Não foi feita. Comprei um galão de água mineral de 5l pra poder escovar os dentes e lavar a mão durante a estadia. O atendimento na recepção não foi eficiente e tampouco cortês, foram rudes em certos momentos. Foi uma péssima experiência!

Não gostamos do café da manhã, ambiente muito quente, dos cinco ar condicionados apeno dois funcionam apenas a ventilação, no piso junto a rampa cai principalmente fragmento dos bolos e nao é limpo.
