Overall is good, but the hotel needs some updates. They should put more elevators since is a big hotel, There is no parking available You can park at the street which during the day could be a pain in the ass. But overall breakfast was good

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfectā€”just a short walk to beautiful beaches and the lively center of the island, making it easy to enjoy both relaxation and local attractions. The rooms and common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and gave a fresh, pleasant impression throughout my stay. Breakfast was a highlight: a wide selection of delicious options, all carefully prepared and constantly replenished. The breakfast staff were attentive and ensured everything was in order, creating a relaxed and enjoyable start to each day. Overall, the combination of warm hospitality, excellent location, cleanliness, and a superb breakfast made my stay truly memorable. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the island.

Buy mattress sheets!!

Great hotel. Right at beach front and restaurants and shops and very safe. The room was clean and house keeping was very accessible and helpful. However you should really, really, really invest on purchasing mattress sheets with the elastic bands the grab the mattress. What is up with using regular sheets on the mattress?? Have of the time, after a few tosses and turns during the night, one ends up sleeping on the bare mattress. Thank goodness it was clean. Nevertheless, it was still gross.

The people at the reception were not very nice. They were not very helpful. The elevators stopped working a few times and people got trapped in the elevators. He was the same exact breakfast every day, etc

Mas Ć© muito velho, decadĆŖncia, precisa urgente de uma reforma, principalmente os elevadores que sĆ£o horrĆ­veis e parece que vai despencar a qualquer momento, me senti inseguro e como demorava muito por ser pequeno e o hotel ser enorme eu ia de escadas, 4 andares, to hĆ” hĆ³spedes do 8 andar descendo de escadas, um absurdo. O elevador de serviƧo mesmo velho tambĆ©m era melhor doque o outro, enfim se eles darem uma manutenĆ§Ć£o seria bom, o quarto espaƧoso mas tinha muitas baratinhas, tipo umas 10, matava e aparecia mais. O hotel tinha tudo pra ser um espetĆ”culo mas estĆ” jogado as baratas, mas pelo valorā€¦

Super indico O Ćŗnico problema foi o elevador que sempre estava sando defeito. E os quartos do 11Ā° que no decorrer da chuva, molhou. Mas fomos imediatamente trocado de quarto. Muito bem atendido. Fora isso tudo muito bom. Nota 10 para o Hotel
