O primeiro quarto que ficamos era no térreo o que tornou bastante incomodo o barulho durante a madrugada de entrada e saída de hospedes, conversas, portas batendo e outros que foram interrompendo nosso sono durante a noite, além disso as toalhas oferecidas estavam manchadas e roupa de cama com cheiro de usada e até furada. Também encontramos pequenas baratinhas que saiam e entravam no buraquinho da mesa, inclusive entraram no nosso lanche que ficou em cima da mesa. No segundo dia todas as tomadas pararam de funcionar o que acarretou a troca de quarto para o segundo andar. Nesse segundo quarto a roupa de cama estava limpa e as toalhas também mas o box do chuveiro não fechava totalmente e toda a água que saia do chuveiro molhava o chão, principalmente onde ficava a lixeira. A equipe de funcionários era simpática e o café da manhã era simples mas bem gostoso, ainda a respeito do café a única coisa que senti falta é o leite zero lactose que o hotel não tinha, e isso é uma dor muito grande para quem é intolerante a lactose como eu.
