It’s a huge resort , a bit dated now. All staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffet is very good, lots of options, plentiful fresh. Not much English spoken here. Right on the lovely beach, lots of restaurants close by.

Nice resort. Very friendly and helpful staff and beautiful location. Lovely pools and beach area. Gym needs a major improvement , the equipment is extremely old and a bit gross, I’m sorry to say!

Wonderful stay at beautiful tivoli

Had an amazing stay as a couple at Tivoli resort for a two day break en route to a wedding in Praia de forte. The room was incredibly comfortable, good AC and we had a convenient location to the beach, pools and restaurants. The internet was the only thing that was not good - even in our room - it was a little hard to be connected. the service was great across the board. Worth noting that the main food location was a buffet - but was delicious, particularly breakfast. We only ate dinner one night.

The staff was amazing and sincerely nice. The property is noticeably old in construction. A portion of the flooring is slippery when wet because it is tile flooring. Other areas have a more of a stone/clay like non-slip flooring. I was a solo traveler and it is about a 15min. walk up to the local town with more affordable shopping and better restaurants than the ones provided by this resort. In addition, it's great being immersed within the vibe of the local community. It was a big disappointment when I was told I had to wear a shirt with sleeves to dinner at the resort, as I had no idea there was a "dress code" and considering how much money you will pay per night to stay here, I should be able to eat at a beach resort, with a tank top on. Needless to stay during my 3-nights here, I only ate dinner once on site and it really wasn't excellent and it doesn't start until 7pm. There are security cameras everywhere, which was a bit creepy. In addition, they have security guards in the beach area too. I can't recommend this resort to any solo travelers. You will have a more enjoyable, affordable and comfortable stay at a pousada in the village. If you have a family and kids, which is what I saw more of and older couples (60yrs. ) then you'll probably enjoy this place.

5 days with teenagers

The resort is nice, great swimming pools and nice staff. It was winter time, the hotel was empty (around 30% of occupation). It was strongly raining on our last day. With a night flight, the reception had a completely lack of customer orientation. We stayed more than 4 hours on the wet and cold reception, without any drink offering. It was really disappointing for such a hotel.

Não vale o preço. Sou acostumada a ir para resorts de luxo. E esse de longe foi uma grande decepção. O que salva o hotel é a estrutura do clubinho infantil. O Hotel precisa urgentemente de treinamento para seus funcionários, pois 98% deles parecem estar trabalhando com raiva de estar ali. As moças do bar de suco do café da manhã so faltavam dar um soco com os olhos. As moças dos ovos, pegavam no nariz, nao limpavam e tocavam nos alimentos. A comida do hotel nao tinha sabor. Precisa urgentemente trocar de chefe de cozinha. Jantar idem, fiquei 4 noites. As comidas sem sabor. Atendimento dos funcionários péssimo. Perde para todos os resorts de luxo do Brasil em que ja fiquei. Realmente, o tivoli, foi uma decepção. Espero que façam um treinamento de equipe, reciclagem do pessoal da cozinha. De tudo. Muito triste ver um hotel com tanto potencial estar desse jeito.

Quarto um pouco distante da ms áreas de lazer e restaurantes isso devido ao tipo escolhido mas atenção caso vc deseje andar menos para as refeições e lazer . Fartura na oferta de opções de café da manhã e jantar . Bom para descansar e ou fazer pequenos passeios para a vila ( acesso fácil pela praia ) . Banheiros precisam de reforma mas ok para estadias curtas . Precisa de lugar para pendurar toalhas e roupas . De um modo geral nossa estadia foi boa
