Achei que o quarto precisa urgentemente de manutenção. Luminária quase caiu na cabeça do meu filho, a mesa de cabeceira bamba, não aguentando o peso da rampa de granito, a porta da varanda emperrando, o banheiro sem chave. Além disso, o quarto muito sujo, cheio de teia de aranha. A equipe de funcionários era boa, nada especial. Café da manhã bom, nada especial.

O destaque deste hotel fica para a localização privilegiada na praia de Itapuã, próximo ao farol. Gostei do tamanho do quarto e do tamanho da cama. Chuveiro ótimo e varanda com rede. O ar condicionado funcionou bem, só achei que o sinal de Wi-Fi oscilou um pouco, às vezes, utilizei meus dados móveis. A área de piscina tem ótimas espreguiçadeiras e gostei dos itens oferecidos no cardápio, ainda que a batata frita estivesse indisponível no momento em que pedi.

O melhor do hotel é, sem dúvida, os funcionários: muito solícitos e educados. A localização é excelente e à beira mar e sugiro que tivessem mais cadeiras viradas para a praia. Os quartos estão passando por reforma, o que é bom. Senti muita falta de uma mesa e uma cadeira dentro do quarto para poder trabalhar. Como ele é pequeno, não há onde apoiar a mala e uma cadeira faz muita falta aí. Além disso, não havia lugar para pendurar as toalhas e o vaso sanitário não parecia ser limpo diariamente. O café da manhã é bem servido e cada noite tem algo diferente no jantar (à parte): rodízio de pizza, massas, etc. Gostei muito disso.Para resumir: gostei muito da localização, do atendimento e das refeições. Não gostei das comodidades do quarto (falta secador de cabelo, falta cadeira, falta pendurador de toalha), mas a cama era boa.

Foi só uma noite, não tem elevador, isso eh bem chato. Reservei 2 quartos e colocaram a gente em lados totalmente diferentes do hotel. Mas esses foram os pontos negativos. Na média o hotel atende bem ao que se propõe. É limpo, tem um restaurante dentro caso vc não queira sair, a comida é boa. Café da manhã é bem ok. Quartos tbm. Vista da piscina eh linda.
