Cosy and exceptionally well-equipped 42 m² apartment for up to four guests, with a separate bedroom for two and a living room with a comfortable queen-size sofa bed for two. Free private parking is provided. Located in a small house in a quiet residential neighbourhood, about a 15-minute walk from Neutor, one of the entrances to Salzburg’s historic Old Town.

The apartment is located one floor above ground level (US: second floor). The separate bedroom has a comfortable queen-size double bed and wardrobe. An additional wardrobe in the hallway provides storage space for guests sleeping in the living room and also contains a safe for valuables.

The living room has a comfortable sofa that converts into a queen-size double bed for two. There is also a Smart TV with Netflix and Disney+, a comfortable armchair, and a selection of books and games.

The separate kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and ideal if you enjoy cooking. It includes an electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and microwave. There is also a Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker and toaster, as well as a generous selection of cookware, dishes, glasses and kitchen utensils.

Nespresso capsules and filter coffee are provided, as well as a selection of organic teas. Basic cooking essentials such as oil, vinegar, salt and spices are also available. A dining table with four chairs provides plenty of space for meals.

The bathroom has a shower, WC and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. For your safety, the apartment is equipped with a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher. The electrical installation was last professionally inspected in September 2026..
Guests can also use the shared washing machine and dryer. A covered, open bicycle shelter is available behind the house; as it is not locked, please bring your own bicycle lock.

The neighbourhood is quiet and residential, with mainly smaller houses and gardens. Six restaurants and traditional Austrian inns are within a 5–10-minute walk, with a bakery and supermarket also nearby.

Bus connections to the city centre, main train station and airport are within a few minutes’ walk. Guests also receive the Salzburg Guest Mobility Ticket, providing free public transport throughout the province of Salzburg.
