cosy 3 room apartment close to the historical center , privat Parking

This apartment has 75 square meters + a balcony and is ideal for families. It has a living room and 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size double bed and another with a sofa that opens into a queen size double bed. A livingroom with a hammock and a 65 inch smart TV with Netflix and Disney+. A very well equipped kitchen with a table and 5 chairs, a large hallway, shower and WC, closet and a balcony. You can access all rooms from the hallway.
The apartment is located in a small house in a quiet neighborhood, 15 walking minutes from Neutor, the entrance to the historical center. It has a private parking place in the yard, wifi, a very well equipped kitchen, a safe deposit box and a baby cot and baby high chair. Common to our 3 apartments is a washing room on the ground floor with washing machine and tumble drier, for use of our guests. In the little garden in the back you will find an open hut for bikes, in case you decide to rent one.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
All apartments are non-smoking apartments. Smoking only on the balcony or in the garden.
You will find a folder on the table with a list of restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets close by , on the way to the center and in the center and further informations.
You'll find several restaurants in the neighbourhood, at a walking distance of 2 to 10 minutes, also 2 supermarkets at most 10 minutes walking distance and a bakery about 5 walking minutes .
Bus number 1 on Maxglaner Hauptstrasse, about 5-6 walking minutes away, takes you to the center and train station. Bus number 2, about 5-6 minutes walking distance on Innsbrucker Bundesstrasse will take you to the airport.
Check in time is 3 pm If there are guests leaving on the same day. It is possible to deposit your luggage in the apartment from about 10:30 if you ask for it.
If there are no guests leaving on the day you arrive, you can check in earlier . Please ask before you come.
Check out time: 10 o'clock .
We have installed electronic locks on all doors. You will receive the access code a few days before check in.

A home from home, excellent facilities and perfect location for sightseeing in Salzburg on foot. The apartment was spotlessly clean, close to a small supermarket, everything close enough to walk to, especially the Augustiner brewery with lots of seating and food stalls. Safe off road parking for our motorbike. Just perfect thank you Dr Ruth.

Great apartment in a quiet neighborhood close to Old Town

We had a great stay at Ruth's property. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the apartment was very roomy and had a nice balcony off one of the bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Ruth was easy to communicate with and quick to answer questions. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in Salzburg! Ruth is very sweet and very easy to communicate with. Check-in was easy and location was awesome. Walkable to all attractions and sites.There were some nice small details like paper towels, tissues, smart TV that were very enjoyable and appreciated.The apartment is definitely old school, so some updates would be nice, the beds were uncomfortable. Mattresses were very very soft. There is one flight of steps but not a problem with luggage. The washer and dryer are also very nice if needed. There was a detailed book with restaurants and important numbers that were very helpful.Overall, I would highly recommend this VRBO!

Beautiful place, well equipped

This apartment was very roomy with a large living room, two full bedrooms and a nice bathroom. It was airy and light. The neighborhood was generally very quiet. Laundry facilities on site, parking too. We enjoyed our time there and highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment in a quiet neighbourhood

Ruth’s apartment was excellent. We are a family of five and it had plenty of room for everyone. Also great to have a full kitchen for our use. Would rent this again if the opportunity arose.
