Guest Access:

You will have access to the washing room on the ground floor with a washing machine and tumble dryer; free parking place in the yard belonging to the apartment; a hut in the garden to store bikes in case you rent one.



The Neighborhood:

What I love about this neighborhood is that it is quiet and yet close to the historical center and that there are no large apartment houses, mostly one family houses with gardens. There are many good restaurants nearby , a bakery and close by, bus stations for busses to the airport, train station and the center. And I love the big Magnolia tree in the garden.



Getting Around:

There are busses going to the center, airport and train station at a distance of less than 5 walking minutes away, bus number 2 from Innsbrucker Bundesstrasse (to the train station and airport) and bus number 1 from Glansteg (Max Glaner Hauptstrasse) to the center and train station, 4- 5 walking minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

If no guests are leaving on the day of your arrival, you can check in at any time. Otherwise, the apartment will be ready around 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you may leave your luggage from 10:00 AM and go for a walk until the apartment is ready. Please let me know, because Airbnb programs the access codes of the electronic locks to work from 3:00 PM.

On your departure day, I need the apartment at 10:00 AM for final cleaning.



Interaction with Guests:

As I don’t live in Salzburg, I am not always able to meet my guests at the apartment. Therefore, I provide them with detailed instructions on how to access the apartment and information about the apartment.

My neighbor on the ground floor, left door, Mariana Teodorian, who speaks English, Dutch, Spanish, and German, takes care of my guests and my apartments when I am not there.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Ruth was very helpful re check in and everything was at it said. It was nice to sit outside at the end of the day. It is an easy 15 minute walk into Salzburg and the buses are convenient too.

My wife an I stayed in this apartment during our visit to Salzburg. It is located just outside the old town, within walking distance. The property was well kept and had ample parking for us. Wonderful

We chose Salzburg as the place to stay for easy access the the Konigsee and Berchtesgaden National Park. Our stay was very enjoyable and met our expectations. Our apartment was in a residential area with access to local food and other services and a comfortable walk away from Salzburg’s beautiful old city. Our host was helpful in providing lots of information to facilitate check-in and guide our stay. Highly recommend the pizza at nearby Ristorante Roma. We had a good time.

Tidy , well appointed apartment.

We enjoyed our stay in this well located apartment . If was very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The owner contacted us very promptly and provided helpful information . 5 days in Salzburg

The house is very cosy, nice to live in for 5 days. The location is perfect, it only takes 5 minutes by bus to get to the center. It's silent outside and you can sleep very well. As it says it's quite small for 4 people, but for 2 couples is perfect as you should like sleeping close to each other. Well we were absolutely satisfied and we miss it already! Very comfortable and sweet for a perfect visit to Salzburg!

Very nice small apartment in a very quiet neighborhood. Not far from old town. Short walk to many buses or little longer walk through tunnel to old town. The shower is a bit small for large people, but was fine for us. Ruth left many instructions and suggestions for Eating and connections.

Great quiet location yet close to the action

What a great place to stay! Ruth was so kind and amazing, gave us a personal tour of the property, answered all our questions and even helped us get back a ring that my partner left by mistake. She even took the time to give us a map marked with the closest groceries, restaurants and bakery, totally above and beyond. I recommend this place as a wonderful spot to stay and Ruth as a gem of a ,person, kind and considerate! We will stay there again for sure. The perfect way to see the lovely city of Salzburg. Comfortable and well equipped

We loved the apartment. It was comfortably furnished and well equipped. The owner provided detailed information for us before we arrived; when we arrived she had prepared a great guide to the apartment and the area. She was extra helpful by arranging a taxi for us. We liked being away from the tourist areas. However, it's only 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the center; it's also on a busline.

feeling at home in Salzburg

I had a wonderful holiday in Salzburg, and it was due to the lovely Ruth' studio, as well. Ruth provided me with clear instructions and she managed as I found anything I needed. the apartament is very clean and well furnished (tasteful furniture) and everithing works perfectly. Last but not least, the free space to park the car in the yard. Wonderful! I surely recommend this comfortable studio to my friends. Ilaria

Great Location

Very satisfied. It was easy to find, it had sufficient parking spaces. We had the ground floor studio apartment. Clean and comfortable, TV, but no English laungage channels, which was not a problem for us. Great shower, with a very efficient boiler, but a very big boiler, you WILL bang your head on it when getting off the toilet. Easy walking to the city, no need to use your car or the excellent public transport. I was very happy to stay here. The nearest supermarket is a 10 minute walk away. Turn right as you leave the property, then take the first turning to the right, go to the end of the road. Turn left onto the main road. The supermarket is called BILLA is about 200 meters on the right.
