Beautiful property in a great location. Excellent staff. English speaking. Great breakfast. Close to all sights, easy access with Bus 1. Staff went above and beyond to help us arrange transportation to visit Halstatt! Would return!

Simply Wonderful!

I cannot stay enough good things about this hotel-it was simply fabulous! Easy to find, very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful surroundings, very nicely done! We really enjoyed the apartment with everything being super comfortable, clean, and easy. And breakfast? Wow! We just loved the organic breakfast buffet with the vast selection of regional cheeses, meats, pastries, delicious eggs, yogurts, healthy beverages, and more. I will go out of my way to stay here again when I return to Salzburg, hopefully next year!

Please and please pay attention to what you getting in foreign countries. First of all after arrival’s and checked in we were asked to grab our luggage and walk in 100 hit in streets to get to old building then you have to climb to 3rd floor in narrow stairs with carrying our baggage and at the end you get in a room with a extremely hot room with no air conditioning and even fan. To be fair there was a fan in the size of super small at the table. After long talk to hotel reception (walking bank to check in building 150 meter away) we were told there’s nothing he can do and I asked he refund our money the answer was no and asked again to charge me for first night and refund me for the rest of trip answer was again no. At the end I have to say me and my wife we travel once a year for about 1.5 months to different countries and we been in lots of them we had never ever such a horrible experience in any. One more things when I said I will not let this go smoothly and I will fight for that the answer of receptionist was interesting. Good luck you’re not the first. This means to me more people had same problem with them. Don’t go there . You will be sorry.

Great place but no elevator and aircon

Loved salzburg overall because of free and easy transportation. Reception answers all questions. Downside is going up with big baggages and no elevator. Apartment is nice spacious clean modern. No aircon too

The apartment was on the 2nd floor, and there was no elevator. On request, housekeeping helped take the suitcases to the room. Being on top, the room was very warm, so they arranged a small fan. There was no view from the room, and our room was not the way it was shown in the picture. However, the bed, quilts, pillows, and towels were very neat and clean. Peaceful area, but due to road construction, the room was noisy. The location is perfect since the bus stop is one min walk and Billa Supermarket is also 2 mins walk.
