The small hotel is nice. We have a very nice room, clean, comfortable bed and a short walking distance to old town. The staff was very helpful. Happy to have stayed and chose this hotel.

Clean warm room, comfy beds, great location 20min walk into Salzburg. Would not bother with the breakfast it’s €10 for continental but not a lot of selection so not worth the amount they charge, there is plenty of places to eat for less

Te basic voor ons

Of het nu kwam door de selfservice check-in of omdat er geen fatsoenlijke koeling op de kamer was, we hebben geen fijn verbñijf gehad. Eigenlijk hadden we twee nachten geboekt en betaald, maar we zijn desondanks dat na 1 nacht vertrokken. De kamer was te warm en niet geschikt voor drie personen: erg basic en krap. Het geld voor de tweede dag parkeren en ontbijt hebben we keurig teruggekregen. Wij vonden de kamer het geld noet waard. Jammer... Om positief te eindigen: het ontbijt was prima.

very clean and fresh towels were provided every day. staff was kind and it was easily walkable from downtown Salzburg. only thing is that the staff are not present 24/7, so it is on the hotel customers to lock the doors

Haben die Unterkunft eigentlich nur zur Übernachtung gebucht, weil wir viel unterwegs waren. Haben dennoch in 3 Tagen nur einmal jemanden an der Rezeption gesehen. Zimmer war ok, die Fensterdichtungen leider verschimmelt. Fenster konnte man entweder ganz öffnen oder schließen, aber nicht kippen. Für den Parkplatz haben wir bezahlt, aber nie eine Parkkarte erhalten, die wir ins Auto legen können. Manche Autos hatten sie, andere nicht. Nach unserem Kennzeichen wurde auch nicht gefragt, keine Ahnung, wie dann kontrolliert wurde, ob man zum Hotel gehört oder nicht. Zimmerreinigung war in Ordnung.

Acolhedor e com boa receção

Assim que chegamos o funcionário da receção deu-nos as boas vindas, deu-nos algumas indicações do local, mostrando um mapa. O quarto era acolhedor, com bom aquecimento e estava limpo. Não fica no centro da cidade mas 13 minutos a pé e estamos na parte principal. Optamos por não tomar o pequeno almoço. Não ia com grandes expectativas deste hotel mas gostei muito.

Location was not good. Not walkable to train station. City center is approximately a 20 minute walk as well. Internet wasn’t working properly. I tried to log on several times but couldn’t. Warm water in the shower turned to cool water within 10 minutes. Breakfast was very skimpy but staff asked a lot for it. (7 euros) I would have to recommend a different property. Although hotel was very quiet. Hotel staff obliged when I asked for a room facing the courtyard.
