Pros: clean, quiet, lots of public transportation options, friendly/helpful staff, on-site breakfast Cons: internet would not work more than a few minutes at a time (beware of your data usage), the fridge did not work, so you can’t store things in it, and the beds/mattresses have seen better days. For the price and location, it’s worth it if the cons do not concern you.

Convenient location; artistic hotel; good staff

Location is very convenient to visit the city by walk or avail public transportation. One of the staff, Paula was very attentive to detail and very polite and welcoming. Rooms were clean and WiFi was quite good… Breakfast spread was decent and relishing. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Very good hotel close to the city center of Salzburg by walking 10 mins . Service very friendly and the breakfast is also good . Room is comfortable. The only thing I don’t like is they give me the room in front of elevator, I heard everything once someone use it , there are also noise from the street .

Pros: Good location, easy check-in/out, good breakfast, elevator, quiet room, very comfortable bed. Cons: room was smelly when I entered, had to leave windows open for few good minutes until it was too cold Quite disappointing - no water cattle in the room. This is pretty standard in all other hotels I stayed in Salzburg (over 10 I think). Shower is good, but there is no glass door or curtain, so water are all over if you are not careful. Adding these 2 small things, which shouldn't be a problem to upgrade, would deserve my 5 stars review.

The cleaness of the hotel is terrible. It seems that the bed sheet was not changed because I found some hair on it. What's worse, I found an insect on my bed and killed it. The reason may be that I opened the window due to stuffy air. I asked the staff to change my room. The staff was quite nice. However, there was still some hair on the bed sheet in the new room. In the evening, the bathroom was filled with the smell of cigarette. On the positive side, the hotel is next to an authentic Chinese restaurant and near main sightseeings of Salzburg.
