  • This stylish 58 sqm apartment in the heart of Salzburg's old town is in a building dating back to the 13th century. Built in the 19th century listed buildings in the quiet and romantic Goldgasse next to the world famous Getreidegasse.
    The apartment is located in the fourth and thus upper floor of one of the oldest and most worthwhile houses in the old town of Salzburg. It is lovingly renovated to the latest standard and offers comprehensive living comfort. In the immediate vicinity you will find the famous Cafe Tomaselli, the Salzburg Cathedral, the festival houses and Mozart's birthplace. In the evening, the city's trendiest bars and restaurants are within walking distance.
    The public transport is just a few minutes walk away, the Salzburg Hauptbahnhof in about 15 minutes by bus or taxi. Taxis can drive to the house. Parking is available in the Mönchsberggarage.
    The house was built in 1374 and is a listed building. There is no lift.
