Loved the location and How much space it had! It was very clean and had excellent facilities. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Secret Elevator, Phone # and Room # System

The elevator access door is hidden to the right of the door that leads to the key box. So once you get your key, go back outside to use the elevator with your bags. (No one advised us of this). The space is tidy but a bit devoid of comforts like enough bathroom towels, paper towels and the like. The location is right across the street from a pay parking lot (17.50 euro) per day, which is convenient. The morning activities outside (like trash collection) will awaken you earlier than you would like on holiday. However, the walking distance to the city center is very convenient. The phone number posted on hotels is not accurate. You can find the correct number through an internet search. Also be wary that the room will be numbered by the number of bedrooms and not the room itself. So a reservation of room number 2 is for the room with 2 bedrooms, which is actually room number 1 when you arrive.

Ulko-ovet oli alussa hieman hankalat avata, mutta saimme siihen apua ja kun systeemin oppi niin olivatkin tosi kätevät. Helteiden aikaan olisi kaivannut ilmastointia, mutta huoneistoon oli tuotu kuitenkin tuulettimia. Erittäin hyvällä paikalla ja todella siisti huoneisto!

Best location in Salzburg, perfect for families

This is such a great apartment for families! There was plenty of space, a well-stocked kitchen, and the location really couldn't be beat. We were walking distance to great areas while the apartment itself was nice and quiet.

Centrally located but terrible with check in

Though i had written well in advance about my check in time as it was clearly indicated that hotel does not have a front desk, there were no pass codes shared for check in. The phone number given to us was unreachable, with children we had to lug our luggage to the tour we had booked and request them to let us take it with us on the bus. Though the apartment is very well located will not recommend.

Excellent Accommodations

This is an exceptional apartment that I can’t say enough about. It was very clean, has excellent amenities, and was truly a very, very enjoyable stay for our short three day visit. The kitchen is well stocked and practical for cooking meals. The washer/dryer was an essential in choosing this property and the living room is very spacious. The bathroom and shower are also well-stocked and well-lit. The private bedrooms were greatly appreciated. Despite its location near busy streets, street noise was never a problem. My only regret is that our stay was too short. If I ever do return to Salzburg, this apartment will be first on my list. I would choose this apartment again over a hotel in the old city any day, as the last time I stayed in an old city in Europe, there was shouting all night long, which echoes off the buildings. Not here—it’s very quiet. This is the family-friendly place to stay while in Salzburg. Also, Edith and her staff were VERY attentive to our needs and were easy to contact.

Wonderful apartment

Edith was a delight. She was easy to contact and let us store our copious luggage in the apartment before check-in time. The apartment was spacious, cosily modern and walking distance from the city. The amenities were plentiful and the washer/dryer proved to be very useful. Especially considering we had not done laundry in a few weeks. Would definitely recommend. Five stars!
