"This was an amazing hotel to look at. It was very quiet and peaceful - but totally in the middle of nowhere. We went into town, hired a moped - but also stayed two nights in Hua Hin over New Year - as they stopped the transfers for a few days - which we didn't know about. Small kitchenette - but without cutlery and plates - i'm sure if we had asked for them it would have been fine. Bathroom totally needs updating - slightly smelly and mouldy - but a great size with bath as well. Huge big bed -...

"This property is an oasis in Hua Hin and it is beautiful with very nice staff. The breakfast was nice but a little repetitive. Location on the beach is great with nice views of the bay. When the tide comes in there is no beach but it returns in the evening. Food at the restaurant was good, large portions. No entertainment on site. Pool closed early. We got a bit bored after 3 days. Hua Hin is a bit creepy with old men and young Thai women. The open air market to the left of the clock tower is...

"While this property is quite old, it is in a beautiful location and the staff are working very hard to keep it up. I believe with some key repairs and good makeover (deep cleaning and painting) this could reach 4 1/2 star rating."

"Resort is okay, but the first picture in the photo gallery for this resort creates a totally incorrect image. THERE IS NO BEACH! Not even during low tide. Also, the swimming pool is very sorry. Never saw anyone use it during our four-day stay. It just doesn’t look inviting. Considering these two disappointments, the room rates are much too high. Service was very friendly and helpful, but would not return."

"The cottage room is simple, for 1600 bahts should be better than this. The location is quiet, but have to walk a cross the street to the beach. Staffs and owner were very nice. "
