"The hotel is in a quiet, isolated location with beautiful views, ideal for a peaceful getaway. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. She didn’t smile, wasn’t welcoming, and seemed annoyed when I asked for information about the nearby national park. The rest of the staff were great and professional. "The hotel is worth your money. I have given 4* but everything here from beginning till end was excellent. One before check in when I called the hotel the response was very cute and polite. Check in till check out everything was too good and I encouraged all the staff for their excellent service. Not complaining but suggesting to have better bathroom towels. Breakfast was amazing and very soon I m planning to go and stay there again. I m elite member of Bonvey and IHG but this place is really worth your money. I hope it continues to maintain this standard in future also. See you soon again!!!👍"
