Pro: Very well located. About 20 meters from the beach. The place and room were as advertised. The next door restaurants (both) are really nice and their owners make you feel like family. Con: breakfast wasn’t included (yet the listing said it was) and the parking facilities left much to be desired. In fact discovered someone gifted me with a fender bender / hit and run while parked there.

Muy agradable

Fue muy agradable por diferentes razones: 1. Buen precio 2. Desayuno incluido excelente y delicioso aunque no variado, todos los dias lo mismo. 3. Localizado a unos 30 segundos caminando hacia la playa y en un buen lugar cerca de muchos restaurantes y bares en pocos minutos caminando. 4. Super agradable personal, tanto la chica que atiende el hotel que nos dijo que es una voluntaria (no se a que se refiere exactamente), la senora de limpieza muy dulce y algo timida y la senora del restaurante super simpática. 5. Si vas con tu propio vehículo, hay un pequeno espacio para parquear como 3 autos cerca del hotel, nunca tuve problemas en encontrar pearqueo ahí, siempre encontraba espacio. 6. En general el lugar no se siente como estar en un hotel sino como estar en la casa de algun amigo que visitas. Es humilde pero muy coqueto y dulce.

If it was not for the dogs...

My room, right up on top was great.However, it had an opening right up on top, for air circulation maybe, but this let in all the noise from outside.The noise died down late at night. Unfortunately, there are quite a few dogs in that back alley. They robbed me of a great hours of precious sleep.

Bel hôtel le personnel est très sympa

Nous avons passé un super séjour, Alain et Stephan nous on donné plein de conseils. Ils venaient souvent voir si tout allait bien. Le restau en bas est vraiment bon et le couple qui le tient est adorable.

A really good location, price and friendly people

Was looking for something near the beach and town and Casa Delfin couldn't be better plus the room was clean and ready for me, if you looking for a good price and all the basic things you need for a good staying then this is the place, and always good to have advice and someone from the place to talk about what to do and where to visit :)

Hotel recomendable!

Muy agradables los empleados del hotel. Yo llegué temprano a Santo Domingo, cerca de las 8, y el checkin era recién a las 15hs. Pude dejar las cosas en recepción e ir a recorrer la zona, antes me ofrecieron desayunar. El desayuno estupendo! muy completo. La habitación se desocupó a las 12hs, y ellos rápidamente se ocuparon de dejarla lista para mi. Un agradecimiento especial a Norca, que fue muy atenta conmigo.

Unterkunft mit Stil

Der Stil des Hauses erinnert an ein Designer Hotel, viele Details, geschmackvolle Farbenkombinationen geben der Unterkunft ein einzigartiges Flair. Das Zimmer Nummer 6 hat ein wenig Meersicht, das Bett ist gut und alles einfach aber sauber und ordentlich. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Der holländische Besitzer kümmert sich persönlich um seine Gäste. Ganz in der Nähe 2 sehr gute und recht günstige französische Lokale und in 15 Minuten zu Fuß der beste Strand von Las Terrenas, Playa Ballena.
