El lugar se encuentra en una de las calles principales de Samana, y contamos con piscina, area de BBQ, terraza, agua caliente y aire acondicionado.

Se puede llegar por autobus, vehículo privado, embarcación o aire, ya que el aeropuerto el Catey queda a 45 minutos del lugar y tenemos un puerto en Samana. Ya dentro de la ciudad se pueden mover en vehiculo rentado, motor o taxi.

Estamos a unos 5 minutos de La Bahia de Samana, Malecón, Marina, Parque Central, Bancos y Cajeros automáticos, Restaurantes, Discotecas, Bares, Heladerías, Pequeños Mercados, Supermercados, Centros de internet, Peluquerías, Centros Comerciales, Farmacias, la Iglesia Católica y la famosa Iglesia Protestante la CHURCHA. Y a unos 150 mts2 tenemos dos colmados.

También se encuentra a 5 minutos las Playas de Anadel y de Cayacoa.
