Awful location and Service
Awful. Location may seem nearby to the attractions but you will need a car and the hotel itself is surrounded by old, abandoned and graffiti stained buildings. Imagine if you was a film maker and wanted to make a movie set when humans were left to waste and civilization was lost - it's that kind of area. But it's not the worst bit. Staff. Normally I don't make requests. I arrive at a hotel, use the room and check out and most times there is no need to speak to staff. However this time there was an issue checking in and required me to make a call. It was a case of making this call and being able to check in or not making the call and having to travel 5 hours in a car back to where I was. As my roaming was not yet activated I asked if I could use the hotel wifi to place a call. It for guests only was the reply three times. I explained the situation and still the staff had no desire to assist with a password. Eventually I was able to use a different persons phone to place the call but even while in the lobby I was told to move. In a lobby while trying to sort out staying here. I saw this hotel because of the reviews and location but after seeing it and dealing with them I would rather go elsewhere which is what we doing id even though our room was paid for and we had every right to stay. The service was bad that we decided not to stay at Vestrum and I urge you all to reconsider.

Dear Amar! We are very sorry that You were unable to stay at our hotel. To stay in the hotel all you need is your passport and migration card. Unfortunately in Your case the migration card was missing. The migration card is a document that contains information about the foreign citizen entering to the Russian Federation, and also serves to control for his temporary stay in the Russian Federation. Without this document You have the right to settle in any one hotel, so we have taken swift action to restore Your immigration card : We called You a cab , explained the directions to the point of FMS where You had to recover a lost document and waited for Your return to the hotel. Chain Hotel located in the historical centre of the city, on crossing of streets Komsomol and Watermen, 200 metres from the river Volga and the River station, 3 km from the Train station. We are very sorry that penny is not made You the proper impression. Thank You for what You chose "Chain" Hotel, and for taking the time and sharing your impressions. Your opinion is extremely valuable to us. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please do not forget the migration card when crossing the border

Уютный и тихий отель с отличным расположением
От проживания в общем и целом только приятные впечатления. Завтраки отличные, в отеле и в номере очень чисто, вежливый персонал, спокойная атмосфера, очень хорошее расположение - рядом с набережной и речным вокзалом. В один из дней мы плавали в Ширяево, теплоход был один и утренний, т.ч. это было актуально. Из небольших минусов - мы жили в люксе, но почему-то не было тапочек и подушки были очень низкие, а дополнительных в номере не оказалось. С утра торопились и не успели попросить, а вечером администратор уже не смогла ничем помочь. И в номере постоянно раздавалось какое-то щёлканье, как от роутера. В остальном же всё было прекрасно.

The hotel is close to the center and the river,reception doesn't speak english and they asked me to pay again after that site had already taken me by visa card,a friend helped me to explain that they had to ask to the hotel.com about payment. room was cleand but without service like bathroom service,just 3 towels and barroom was not furnished of bathrobe breakfast was very poor and no choise,coffee or tea,one juice, Dispite the price i don't know if is conveniente. However they were kind and if you needed they was ready to help you

не самый лучший вариант
новый и современный бизнес-отель, но парковка во дворе жилого дома, а в обслуживании экономят везде и на всем, поэтому второй раз его посетить не захочешь

My guest was NOT allowed to access this Hotel
My guest arrived @ midnight after a long trip. The access was denied and my guest had to watch out @ midnight for another accomodation. Simply unacceptable behavior! If you want adventures or trouble, book the Vestrum. If not, even do not think about booking this Hotel. Since more than 2 months, no immigration card is given by russian authorities and not requested. This Hotel is not aware about such major bi-multilateral agreements and even does accept to check the latest rules, but midnights throws out guests...having already prepaid the cost for 4 stays.

alles bestens in Ordnung, super Service, neue ordentliche und sauberes Zimmer, geräumig, komfortabel ausgestattet, die Lage ist gut in der Nähe des Wolgahafens

спасибо. я при отъезде оставил свои пожелания на рессепшене. повторюсь: 1)обязательно сохраните оплату наличными при бронировании номера из других городов. я в самаре с такой услугой не нашел ни одного отеля в подходящем для меня районе 2)в 2х местном номере, в каком останавливались мы с женой, неплохо бы к одному стулу еще и переносную банкетку иметь, чтобы можно было вечером вдвоем чаю за столом попить. а так пришлось на прикроватную тумбочку садиться 3)неплохо бы чашки с блюдцами поставить на какой-нибудь прямоугольный поднос, чтобы этот поднос можно было использовать как столик. иначе крошки неизбежно попадают на пол. а в целом молодцы. и если вы в 2.500 за номер включите еще и легкий завтрак (не на 250р как сейчас, а попроще), то у вас от постояльцев не будет отбоя. марина, которая приняла от меня бронирование номера и общалась со мной по телефону пока мы ехали - молодец. очень корректно, терпеливо, вежливо и с уважением к себе и ко мне. маленькое замечание к девушке, которая нас провожала 10.08. лучше будет , как мне кажется,если с рессепшена позвонят в номер и просто спросят "во сколько вы планируете выезжать"? клиент поймет. и еще предложение: немного раздражает, что на этапе поиска в Интернете все тропинки ведут в Москву, а не напрямую к Вам. Надо бы чтобы ваш самарский номер телефона был на сайте, а не московский.
