The property area is beautifully designed with tress and bushes. There are two swimming pools that are very clean. The staff were very helpful and responsive when we reported small things that we needed in our villa

The rooms are large, have many appliances, super clean and comfortable. The staff is wonderful and accomodating. You are close to the pool. Next door is a lovely coffee shop and only a few steps away from restaurants, a pharmacy, grocery stores and local shops

House was in a great spot- can walk anywhere, no idea if they serve good, no one ever mentioned anything. Pool was amazing in the extreme heat. No hot water in upstairs shower. Air was cool in the bedrooms. Available pool/beach toys available to use. We had monkeys on the tree in our backyard. You can walk anywhere, which was great.

A great find
We enjoyed a fabulous stay! The suite was large and private, with a lovely and huge terrace to enjoy. The pools were delightful, and the location in town was easy access to all Samara has to offer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We'd definitely come back.

Great spot!
Villas verdes was a great spot for our family. Each one is a small little cottage. Ours had two bedrooms and a small kitchen. There are two pools available and a Jacuzzi (not heated). Its in a great location. Literally across the street there is a super market and next door there is a coffee shop. It's a short easy 5 minute walk to the beach and the town is on the same street. You can just walk to restaurants and shops everyday. You feel very safe there but they also have a security guard 24h as an additional safety feature. We would definitely stay here again.

The MOST beautiful setting ever. KORIENNE, the owner, was delighful. Her entire staff were great. Short walk to center of town and the beach. This was first trip to CR, but you know what "Arnold" said, "I WILL BE BACK"

It was a very bad expericiance. When my whole family git to the place to spend new year’s we got the sorprise that the house was already rented. And guess what. The neighbors said that was not the first time this had happend. Apparently the owner have the habit to rent the place multiple times at the same time. It is very irresponsable of him especially at this time of the year where is very difficult to find place. We found a very nice house with sea view that a really will recommend. Beside the house is very dated.

Highly recommend this lovely spot!
The owner/manager was amazingly kind and helpful. He did everything possible to make our trip exceptional. The rooms were large, and the kitchen fully functioning, with a beautiful pool. Excellent location and only a short walk to restaurants or the beach, with a market literally across the street. You won't be sorry if you stay here.while in Samara. A++

Hotel clearly states that you have until 9pm to check in, but when we showed up at 7:45 the security guard informed us the reception was closed and that there was no one he could call. We booked the room at around 6pm, so this means either they left 3 hours early, or they received the reservation and still left early before we arrived

It is amazing, much more than we expected. It was more like a two bedroom condo than a hotel room! Nice patio with hammock and rocking chairs and outdoor living space and then full kitchen inside too!! Very impressed!

Gracious hosts, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely grounds and pool area, awesome patio off room with hammocks and chairs. Full kitchen with grocery store right across the street. Perfect location just outside the busier center of town but still a quick walk to the beach. I wish we could have stayed longer and hope to come back! It truly felt like a relaxing retreat!

This place felt like an oasis. The grounds were beautiful and the outdoor space with our place was comfortable. We spent much time there. The pool was lovely to relax by. Our hosts were very helpful with suggestions of places to eat and things to do. We felt well cared for.

We stayed in both the 2 and 3 bedroom villa at the back of the property. It was perfect for our family w/ young kids. These villas are slightly walled off and secluded and our kids loved playing in the courtyard outside our front door, and swinging in the hammocks. We have already recommended this place to numerous friends. It is a short walk to the beach, close to many restaurants, and directly across the street from a well-stocked grocery and liquor store.

Very pretty property with lovely green gardens where lots of birds liked to hang out daily. The staff was very helpful & friendly & did their best to make our stay restful. No restaurant on the property & it wasn’t located close to the beach but a great place regardless.

Comfortable condos close to the beach. Not fancy, but nice grounds, small pool, friendly staff. The owner Karinn (sp?) is very helpful, and made arrangements for us for local vendors (i.e. massage in the room) that would not be possible to arrange on your own. Breakfast is available or you can make your own in the kitchen. Great location, across the street from a nice supermarket, one block from the beach, down the street from several nice restaurants, ATMs, etc. The town is very laid back.: not fancy in any way, but the beach is beautiful and the people are super friendly.

Fantastic stay
Wonderful place to stay. We had a two bedroom apartment with a huge terrace. Everything was clean, comfortable and well maintained, staff were super helpful. The beach was a very short walk away, as were a number of nice places to eat. Would definitely stay here again.

Un vrai petit paradis. Magnifique endroit très bien entretenu. Tout était tellement propre, même le metériel de cuisine semblait neuf. La cafetière s'est brisé et le personnel l'a immédiatement changé sans chichi. Les lits sont confortables, la piscine est splendide. Le personnel est aimable et attentionné. L'emplacement est parfait, à deux minutes de la plage de Samara....c'est aussi très tranquile et relaxant comme endroit. Je n'ai que du positif à dire de notre expérience et je suis en générale une cliente difficile ;) J'y retournerai sans aucun doute. Merci!

Thank you for your review. I guarantee you would have had a more comfortable stay if you cared enough to let us know and allow us to fix the problem for you. All of air-condition units are new. This would certainly happen when the guest/s left the doors open while the air-condition is turned on. This would cause warm air to rush in, and thereby stressing out the air-conditioning which is trying to do its work of cooling down the room.
