Fantastic hotel! It just opened, so everything is brand new. The owner, Damir, is very kind and accommodating. We were traveling with an elderly family member, and they kindly moved our room from the 3rd floor to the 2nd to better suit our needs. The staff is friendly and eager to assist with any requests—we asked for a kettle, and though it wasn’t a standard offering, they provided one with pleasure and checked if we needed anything else. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with excellent Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, served at a lovely café on the first floor. We even had Turkish baklava for dessert! We’ll definitely stay here every time we visit Samarkand and highly recommend it to everyone!

I stayed at Dilfuz and had a highly disappointing experience. I had booked two nights through Expedia, and while I attempted to cancel the second night (within the cancellation policy for that night), the hotel never responded to either Expedia or my direct inquiries before my arrival. When I arrived, two receptionists assured me that the refund would be processed to my card after checkout. However, after I left, the hotel became completely unreachable—ignoring emails and calls from both me and Expedia. To make matters worse, when I entered the room, there was no toilet paper at all, and there was also a huge stain on the floor. While the location initially seemed convenient, every time I called a taxi through Yandex, it took 15 minutes to reach the hotel—much longer than at other locations where taxis typically arrived within 5 minutes. It’s incredibly frustrating and concerning when a hotel fails to communicate or follow through on promises. If they had no intention of issuing a refund, I would have preferred honesty upfront. Their complete unresponsiveness is alarming, and I want to caution others against staying here. If something happens, there’s nobody to turn to—even Expedia is unable to help due to the hotel's lack of communication. Le pire hôtel que nous avons eu en Ouzbekistan en avril 2025. La description fournie est parfois fausse. Les inconvénients majeurs: extrêmement bruyant, concert de klaxons débutant parfois à 6 heures: entretien ménager aux deux jours; souris dans le restaurant. Les inconvénients mineurs: deux mini bouteilles d’eau au total pour un séjour de 4 jours; le petit-déjeuner ne peut pas être servi avant 8h30 et ce n’est pas un buffet; prises de courant qui ne fonctionnent pas près du lit; table qui menace de s’écrouler quand on l’a touche; salle de bain mal aménagée; réception en ouzbek et en russe, ne comptez pas trop pourvoir vous faire comprendre en anglais; pas d’ascenseur, il faut compter 19 ou 38 marches selon l’étage.

部屋がとてもキレイで広く、びっくりしました。 バスルームもキレイで、トイレは消臭スプレーがあり、便器の内側にブルーレットのようなものまで着いていて、日本人だと結構嬉しいのでは、と思います。 朝食は併設のハンバーガーショップのようなところで、アメリカンな、感じのものが自動的に出てきます(オーナーが頼んでくれる)。 すごく感じの良い兄妹？でやっていて、英語が分からない兄も一生懸命で感じが良く、また泊まりたいと思いました。

大変丁寧で親切なオーナーのおかげで、とても快適に滞在できました。まだ1階部分は工事中でしたが、看板のおかげで入口もわかりやすかったです。部屋やリネンの清潔さ、シャワーの温度と水圧等、すべて問題なく使用でき有り難かったです。朝食もおいしかったです。観光スポットへはタクシーで10分ほどかかりますが、歩いても20分くらいです。駅へもタクシーで10分、トラムで15分くらいで、アクセスも問題ないと思います。 一点、シャワールームの排水がゆっくりなので、水が溢れないよう多少注意する必要はありました。ランドリーを使わせていただいたり（有料）、トラムの駅を案内してもらったり、とっても親切なオーナー兄弟でした。有り難うございました。
