The personal was really helpful, unfortunately there was no restaurant at the hotel. Also the bed was like sleeping on a rock. The Wifi was really bad.

Caution, service withdrawn

The hotel is nice and at first sight service was good. However, after I'd checked in, staff first tried to force me to take a second room at extra cost and then cancelled my booking before calling the immigration police. Luckily my papers were in order and the police were very professional but it was quite an ordeal. I would suggest you do not book the hotel if you are a visitor to Uzbekistan or do not have your marriage certificate handy, they may use this against you to leverage additional services.
