The room was quite clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast with limited choices and is the same every day. The room air-con is cooling in the early part of the night but is warm near morning.

Convenient location near central mall. Rooms are little outdated and bed was good but most rooms smell of dirty toilet/urine smell throughout the room. And limited towels. Staff is kind and helpful tho and management needs to do better on quality cleaning and maintenance

Where do I even start with Lebua. Lebua you have a special place in my heart forever. Beyond kind staff. Amazing rooms! GORGEOUS views. We had club lounge access, its a must! Manny took such good care of us and the snacks were such a wonderful treat. We WILL be back lebua!

I would like to firstly thank the night housekeeping staff and Sophie from the morning housekeeping team as well, they made our stay enjoyable with cleaned room and the many requests for bottled water haha.
However, the room itself could be better improved especially for the bathroom and the room aircon, as they seem a bit rundown.
Also, the hotel lobby aircon can be better managed, it's too cold.
Overall, it's been enjoyable staying here, looking forward to future stays when i visit BKK again. :)

Excellent value. Friendly staff, stunning sea views (courtesy of upgrade - with 1 bedroom suite), well-equipped gym, superb breakfast AND coffee. Central for both malls and seafront. Will definitely return!
