"We had a fantastic stay at here. The apartment is perfect for a week away - clean throughout, everything you would need supplied and a fully equipped kitchen. Athena and her brother were very welcoming and Athena very kindly gave us some great recommendations. The views from the apartment are stunning and it is a perfect walk into the harbour town, with lots of choice of bars and restaurants. Some brilliant little beaches nearby and a great base to explore the beautiful island of Kefalonia....

"The accommodation was right on the picturesque harbour front and a 2 minute walk away from the port. We only stayed overnight as we were travelling on to Lefkada the following day but everything was perfect. Nice restful night's sleep after the journey from Yorkshire. The hosts provided excellent communication. We would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay for a longer stay. Thank you!"

10/10 Excellent

"We had a lovely stay at Ballas! Our studio’s balcony faced the sea & had beautiful climbing bougainvillea which offered extra privacy. The kitchen and bathroom fittings are dated but in my opinion add to the cosy charm, and everything is very clean! The garden area is where you can read in the evening while listening to the sea lapping on the rocks. There is access to the sea from the back of the property which is all rock but large bean bag cushions are provided for comfort. Stavros and the housekeeper (whose name I didn’t get!) are both lovely! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"Upon arrival we were greeted with perfect service. Had a late check in and the night shift staff were very helpful and informative. Our room was a separate unit on top of the hill with the most amazing view. The property and area just gives you ultimate peace.. the view and the sunrise just gives the perfect start to your day.. Pool was excellent (missing many tiny tiles though) But the service, sun-beds and sunshine were just top notch . The main lady (think she was manager) was very sweet and helpful , gave us everything we needed . This hotel is the last one on the road, very secluded and peaceful.. i would return again."

"Wonderful villa in a great location. Within 10 minute drive of Fiskardo and plenty of tavernas only a a few minutes’ drive away. The property is exactly as described and photographed. The pool is a very good size and spotlessly clean. Good communication and advice from the hosts. Would definitely return."

"The property was very clean and beautifully equipped for the 5 of us. It even had a midweek clean which was a treat on a week stay. We were so appreciative of the lovely welcome platter which was a treat when arriving late in the evening. The location was lovely and we really enjoyed Jerusalem beach and the taverna. The pool also got lots of use. Tom and the team couldn't have been more helpful with fast communication. We would definitely recommend the house for a wonderful holiday."

"What a great time we’ve had here in Villa Nina. Our wonderful host Spiros could not have been more welcoming. It is such a peaceful spot with an amazing view down to Sami. We’ll miss that view. The villa was well equipped for us and very comfortable. Great pool and outside space too. Spiros recommended Petros a local taxi driver and he was great too. Really reliable. We will be back!!"

"We had an absolutely lovely time at this hotel, the hotel met all our expectations and far more, the staff are fantastic, so polite, happy and cheery, we could not fault our stay here. It was in such a lovely spot. We will definitely be coming back. We nearly opted to go next door to the 5 star hotel but after reading both sets of reviews for both of these hotels we are so glad we chose this one."
