This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in for many reasons, excellent location, beautiful hotel, great breakfast, clean & comfy suite, but most of all the staff, second to none! The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had a day tour booked which was cancelled at short notice, guest manager Krzysztof arranged tickets for us and saved the day. They also surprised us with a bottle of champagne on my birthday ☺ Another shout out to Konrad at the front desk for arranging taxi's, giving us tips and advice. I have never been so sad to leave a hotel

The room was lovely and clean, the staff were very helpful and attentive. Unfortunately throughout the night there was a loud water/bubbling noise that woke us up, and the bed was quite uncomfortable.
