"The staff was very kind and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was a 5/10 for me. Not everything was labeled and it did seem like sometimes they put lunch items from the day before out for breakfast. The salad option was already turning brown every day for breakfast. "

"Great central location with easy access to transit and other areas of the city. The rooms were large, and had everything we needed. Great value for the price. Washer and dryer were available but the dryer tended to be in use a lot"

"Smallest room I ever stayed in. When I asked if there was a larger room that we could upgrade to and pay for, since we were booked for 3 nights, I was told that all rooms in the hotel were the same size, even though a sign listed larger rooms at higher rates. Breakfast was mediocre. My wife and I needed extra pillows, and practically had to scream before we could get them by our 2nd night."

"Fantastic location, excellent staff with great customer mindset, room with functional amenities. Indoor connection to the subway and the dept stores. Navigating back to the hotel from the store is quite a challenge. The signage is poor, especially when the dept store is closed, many signages pointed to closed access. Otherwise, hotel is well situated with countless dining option outside the building, and a nearby laundromat is only 5 mins walk away. Not cheap but well worth the price. We used this as base to travel around the attractions in Busan, using combination of taxi, bus and subway. We also travel to Jeonju using the subway and express bus. Appreciate the superb and convenient location."

"The breakfast selection was very good and varied on both days. Room very clean and serviced by housekeeping daily. A good business hotel that provides what a busy business/tourist traveller needs- clean room, warm shower, nice toiletries, in room fridge, kettle, iron/ironing board, breakfast and 24/7 front desk with reception lounging sofas to wait for taxis,etc "

"Staff were nice the few times we had to interact with anyone. Location is within walking distance to the main area of Seomyeon and is nearby to transit connections to other parts of Busan, including the airport and main station, which was very handy"
