Charming Duplex 6/8 p. Garden level South-West, near Samoens center



Exceptional location, 10 minutes walk from the village center (5 minutes from the first shops), in a quiet area : very nice view without any opposite and without traffic, from the sunny terrace from noon to sunset !



Bed linen and towels provided (beds made), end of stay cleaning included (floors and sanitary facilities).

Rental charges included (water, electricity, TV, parking access).



Ski-bus stop at the foot of the residence, ski lifts at 1 km, free shuttle, frequent passages (every 15 minutes); private ski room.



- Heated outdoor swimming pool (July-August) + small indoor swimming pool (from the end of December to mid-April and from mid-June to early September)

- 2 covered parking spaces, one in the basement

- Very good thermal and phonic insulation, very well heated: floor heating + electric inertia radiators + 2 towel rails

- Independent entrance, many storages.

- All comfort, complete equipment: 2 sofas, TV, DVD player, multifunction oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, raclette machine, fondue machine, pressure cooker, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, traditional electric coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle etc...

For babies (under 3 years old): 1 folding baby bed (thick air-conditioned mattress), 1 blanket, 1 high chair, 1 bath seat, changing mat, 1 potty.
