"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a total of 7N in September before and after a tour. The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is easy walking distance to the main pedestrian boulevard (about 2 blocks) which is lined with shops and restaurants. At the other end of the hotel’s street, trams are available. Next to the hotel is a Bulgarian restaurant which is good and beautifully decorated inside. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. The room had a safe and tea and coffee making facilities. Our only room concern was the air conditioning could’ve been cooler but we simply opened a window to cool the room more."

"A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced."
