The house (180m2) is fully furnished in an elegant style for the utmost comfort of its occupants. Central heating, air conditioning (individually controllable for each room), and high-speed Internet guarantee your comfortable stay in the villa.
It comprises three floors; the ground and first floor have separate outdoor access.
The ground floor is on the same level as the swimming pool. This floor has a very comfortable sitting-dining area with a 50 inches smart TV, a large and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a dining room, all very functional and beautifully decorated. There is also a twin-bed sofa and a bathroom.
On the first floor, entering the main entrance, you may experience the fusion of modern and traditional architecture through the living room's stone, wooden, and glass elements.
The spacious and bright living room is ideal for relaxation and enjoying time with family and friends by viewing your favorite shows on the 55 inches smart TV. The presence of a small kitchenette and a bathroom adds to the functionality of the floor.
On the second floor, there are two bright and spacious master bedrooms:
• The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with an isolated tub -shower, a separate walk-in closet area, and large windows with a splendid sea view.
• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with an isolated tub -shower, a separate walk-in closet area, and large windows with a superb mountain view.
The bedrooms may accommodate a baby crib upon request.
Outside, there is plenty of space for lounging by the private pool. The exterior area is designed so that someone can enjoy every minute of the day, regardless of the sun's position or the wind direction, under the trees. In the courtyard, you'll find sunbeds next to a shaded area and a large dining table for eating outdoors with your friends or family. High-speed Internet is also available in the pool area. The exterior lighting makes Villa Samos look magnificent at night while you enjoy your drink and listen to the music under the night sky.
